職責描述：
1. 指導生產過程中的質量控制和相關問題；
    Direct the production process quality control and related issues;
2. 全面分析問題，提出改進和預防措施并緊跟團隊；
    Nonconformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team;
3. 對生產過程中出現的缺陷和顧客抱怨的問題提出持續改進措施，并按計劃實施；                                         
    Regarding to the defect in process and customer complaint make a continual improvement plan and action implemented;
4. 收集和分析相關質量數據，協助質量經理進行相關工作；
    Collect and analyze the related quality data record and report support quality manager for the related work;
5. 配合完成過程審核和體系審核，分析潛在問題并及時更新控制計劃等文件；
    Completion of process audit ＆ system audit with others department to analyze potential risk and ｕpdate Control plan ,etc;
6. 來件質量問題和售后質量問題處理;
    Incoming parts quality problems and after-sales quality problems feedback;
7. 完成領導安排的其他工作。
    The other work raised by leader.
