- Responsible for installing electrical system for new machine rebuilt machine.
- Responsible for electrical parts maintenance and re-precision job for rebuilt equipment.
- Debug and Trial run new and rebuilt equipment.
- Locates and repairs electrical problems. Troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions.
- Assists machine operators in line changeovers.
- Provides training to maintenance and operators.
- Actively involved in any kinds of teams
- Analyze the maintenance data, consider the maintenance report and make the feasible action plan.
1. 具備工廠設備維修，環境安全，TPM等五年以上經驗。
2. 具備生產工藝流程及相關維護方面的知識。
3. 熟悉常見機械、電氣、液壓元器件。
4. 動手能力強，有維修方面證書者更好。
5. 具備較強西門子數控系統和PLC設備的維修維護的經驗，有一定的工裝維護經驗。
6. 具有五年以上設備管理經驗，熟悉設備管理、備品備件管理。
7. 英語讀、寫較流利。
8. 機電一體化或相關類大學本科畢業。
9. 具備較強的溝通能力。
10. 熟悉PLC編程。
11. 計(ji)算機(ji)能(neng)力：Word, spreadsheet, presentation & CAD etc.
