1、負責本(ben)(ben)店(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經營(ying)管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),保證餐廳經營(ying)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正常進行;2、標準推行總部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)規章制(zhi)度、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)程(cheng)序、質量(liang)標準,擬訂本(ben)(ben)店(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃及工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總結;3、代表本(ben)(ben)店(dian)向(xiang)公(gong)司做工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)匯(hui)報,并提出(chu)相(xiang)應業(ye)務(wu)(wu)和管(guan)理(li)咨詢(xun);4、營(ying)業(ye)高(gao)峰(feng)期的(de)(de)(de)(de)巡視,檢查服務(wu)(wu)質量(liang)、出(chu)品質量(liang)、衛生環境,并及時(shi)采取(qu)措(cuo)施(shi)解決(jue);5、檢查和督導員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)嚴格按照餐廳服務(wu)(wu)規程(cheng)和質量(liang)要求做好各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),確(que)保安全、優質、高(gao)效(xiao);6、嚴格實施(shi)有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成本(ben)(ben)控制(zhi)及對(dui)財務(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)監控,落實本(ben)(ben)店(dian)經營(ying)范(fan)圍內(nei)合同的(de)(de)(de)(de)執行,控制(zhi)本(ben)(ben)店(dian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各項開(kai)支及成本(ben)(ben)消(xiao)耗;7、日盤(pan)(pan)、周盤(pan)(pan)、月盤(pan)(pan)、固定資(zi)產盤(pan)(pan)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)執行到位(wei)
