1、負(fu)責本(ben)(ben)店(dian)的經(jing)營(ying)管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),保證(zheng)餐廳(ting)經(jing)營(ying)業務的正常進行(xing)(xing);2、標準推(tui)行(xing)(xing)總部(bu)的規(gui)章制度(du)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)程序、質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)標準,擬訂本(ben)(ben)店(dian)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃及(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)總結;3、代表本(ben)(ben)店(dian)向公司做(zuo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)匯報,并(bing)提出相應(ying)業務和(he)(he)管(guan)理咨詢(xun);4、營(ying)業高峰期的巡(xun)視,檢查(cha)服(fu)務質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、出品質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、衛生(sheng)環境,并(bing)及(ji)(ji)時采取措施解決;5、檢查(cha)和(he)(he)督導員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)嚴(yan)格按照餐廳(ting)服(fu)務規(gui)程和(he)(he)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)要求做(zuo)好各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),確保安全、優質(zhi)、高效(xiao);6、嚴(yan)格實(shi)施有效(xiao)的成本(ben)(ben)控(kong)制及(ji)(ji)對財務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的監控(kong),落實(shi)本(ben)(ben)店(dian)經(jing)營(ying)范圍內合同的執(zhi)行(xing)(xing),控(kong)制本(ben)(ben)店(dian)的各(ge)項開支(zhi)及(ji)(ji)成本(ben)(ben)消耗(hao);7、日盤、周盤、月盤、固定資產盤點的執(zhi)行(xing)(xing)到位
