Responsibilities/工作職責:
1. Be in charge of CNC/Grinding operating.
負責CNC/磨床設備的日常操作。
2. Support Improve our tools fixture to reduce our routing time.
協助調整工改進工裝夾具降低工時。
3. Knows the various cutting. Apprehends parameters influencing machining conditions.
了解多種切割工具，理解加工參數設置對加工狀態的影響。
4. Has notions on the use of coolant be able to calculate the machining conditions.
了解機加工切削液，懂得如何計算和判斷加工的狀態。
5. Knows basic programming codes, be able to read understa machining program.
了解基本的程序代碼，能夠讀懂加工程序。
6. Be able to drive a robot in manual mode
手動模式下能夠操作設備。
7. To accept necessary training four operator: how to set machine, tooling, electrode, use fixture measuring tools.
接受必要的培訓：如何設定機床，刀具，電極，工裝夾具及測量工具的合理使用。
8. Supports setters to find the cause of the malfunction failure.
協助調整工查找故障或失效的原因。
9. Follow up standard working instruction produce the right parts.
遵循標準作業，并生產合格的部件 。
10. Coordinate with maintenance about the machine fault reduce downtime.
輔助維修部門維修設備，降低設備停機時間。
11. Communicate with related department to ensure smooth efficient production.
與相關部門(men)合作，共同確保(bao)生產
Job requirements/職位要求：
1、Educated technical school above with mechanical mechanical related background.
工科院校畢業，機械相關專業或機械行業工作背景。
2、Two to three years experiences on production site above, in machining line with high automated equipment is plus.
2-3年或以上生產現場工作經驗，熟悉機械加工生產線和高度自動化設備者優先。
3、Knows how to read a blueprint extract the essential information it.
能看懂圖紙并明白圖紙中的要點。
4、Knows geometric dimensional specifications to be met on a piece，be familiar with measuring instruments fdimension
check.
了解零件的尺寸及形位公差要求，熟悉尺寸檢查的測量儀器。
5、Be able to facilitate group work training，good communication skill team building.
能夠協助團隊工作和培訓, 良好的溝通能力和團隊精神。
6、Knowledge practice of continuous improvement tools (5S, SPC).
了解和應用持續改進工具(5S, SPC)
7、Good computer skill.
良好的計算機基本知識。
8、Be able to use control panel in English.
能夠操作英文界面(mian)的設備。
