POSITION OVERVIEW
1. Develop, implement, and improve site-level EHS policies & procedures as per H.B. Fuller corporate guidelines，standards and national/local laws & regulations.
根據富樂公司總部EHS標準指南和國家、地方的法律法規制定、執行和改善工廠的EHS政策和程序。
2. Maintain the OHSAS18001/ISO45001 and ISO14001 system and local Safety Standardization system with document control personnel support.
在文控專員的支持下，維護OHSAS18001/ISO45001和ISO14001管理體系和安全標準化系統。
3. Coordinate & track the EHS training & promotion programs planning, implementation and verification.
協調跟蹤EHS培訓和各種安全推進項目的的計劃、執行和驗證。
4. Develop, implement and improve the Process Safety Management system.
制定、執行、提高工藝安全管理體系。
5. Coordinate the EHS audits and track the output, internally and externally.
協調組織內外部EHS審核，跟蹤審核結果。
6. Coordinate & track the near-miss, incident report, investigation and corrective/prevention action follow-up.
協調和跟蹤各類虛驚事件，事故的報告、調查和整改預防措施的跟進。
7. Organize PHA and other hazard identification and risk assessment activities. Follow up the countermeasures implementation.
組織工藝風險評估和其他危害辨識和風險評估工作，跟蹤措施的執行。
8. Daily site tour to inspect working condition and operator’s behavior. Issue and supervise the high risk work permit.
每日現場巡檢，簽發、監管高風險作業票。
9. Maintain site Emergency Response Plan and organize the drill.
維護應急響應計劃，組織應急演練。
10. Collaborate with maintenance team to make sure fire-fighting facilities in ready condition.
協助維修部確保消防設施的完好性。
11. Communicate with local authorities for legal compliance to make sure site’s Right to Operate.
與政府部門保持溝通，確保法規符合性和工廠合規運行。
12. Other tasks assigned by Manager.
