1.在院(yuan)(yuan)領(ling)導的領(ling)導下(xia),負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)事科的全面工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。 2.根(gen)據人(ren)(ren)(ren)事工(gong)(gong)(gong)作政(zheng)(zheng)策和有關規定(ding)(ding),按照上級的要求(qiu),認真組織(zhi)(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)全院(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的考核、調配、調出、調入、聘(pin)用、調資、職(zhi)(zhi)稱管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、社會保險等工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。 3.掌握熟悉干部(bu)、職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)務水平(ping),組織(zhi)(zhi)能力和政(zheng)(zheng)治思想情(qing)況,提(ti)出提(ti)拔、配備、使用意見(jian)。 4.主動和有關科室(shi)研究,提(ti)出全院(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的考核、晉升(sheng)、獎懲的意見(jian)。并(bing)按醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)決(jue)定(ding)(ding),辦(ban)理(li)(li)(li)好(hao)相關手(shou)續(xu)。 5.收集(ji)整理(li)(li)(li)材料,加(jia)強(qiang)對人(ren)(ren)(ren)事檔(dang)案和專(zhuan)業(ye)技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)檔(dang)案的建(jian)設(she)和管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。 6.組織(zhi)(zhi)全科同志學習黨(dang)的方(fang)針、政(zheng)(zheng)策及有關文件,教育大(da)家(jia)樹立為臨床一線服(fu)務的思想。 7.組織(zhi)(zhi)全體人(ren)(ren)(ren)事干部(bu)業(ye)務學習,提(ti)高(gao)政(zheng)(zheng)策水平(ping)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作能力,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)并(bing)完善人(ren)(ren)(ren)事管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度。 8.根(gen)據醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)年度計劃,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)(ding)本科室(shi)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作計劃,并(bing)組織(zhi)(zhi)實(shi)施(shi)。 9.按照國家(jia)規定(ding)(ding),做好(hao)離(li)退休人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。根(gen)據上級政(zheng)(zheng)策,認真落實(shi)好(hao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的福利,關心(xin)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)活。 10.組織(zhi)(zhi)新進人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的考試(shi)考核及上崗前培(pei)訓(xun),簽訂(ding)聘(pin)用合同。 11.加(jia)強(qiang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍建(jian)設(she),組織(zhi)(zhi)好(hao)各類人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的培(pei)訓(xun)、考核工(gong)(gong)(gong)作。
