1.負(fu)責(ze)做(zuo)好各項業務受(shou)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作,在受(shou)理(li)(li)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)咨詢(xun)信(xin)息時(shi)(shi),要(yao)認真傾聽(ting)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)意見,按(an)服(fu)務規范(fan)用(yong)語及相(xiang)關(guan)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)(ce)為客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)解答問(wen)題(ti)(ti),并按(an)質量要(yao)求準(zhun)確無誤地記錄(lu)相(xiang)關(guan)信(xin)息。 2.在受(shou)理(li)(li)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)求救及投訴業務時(shi)(shi),要(yao)嚴格執(zhi)行公(gong)司相(xiang)關(guan)服(fu)務政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)(ce),按(an)范(fan)本應(ying)答的服(fu)務用(yong)語做(zuo)好解釋工(gong)(gong)作,對(dui)客(ke)(ke)戶(hu)提出問(wen)題(ti)(ti)及要(yao)求做(zuo)好記錄(lu),及時(shi)(shi)按(an)公(gong)司業務流程反饋相(xiang)關(guan)部門,并做(zuo)好跟蹤(zong)處(chu)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作。 3.在受(shou)理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong),如遇(yu)到(dao)有關(guan)政(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)策(ce)(ce)性(xing)(xing)、技術性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)強的問(wen)題(ti)(ti)或(huo)(huo)公(gong)司內(nei)部涉(she)及保密性(xing)(xing)較(jiao)強的問(wen)題(ti)(ti),應(ying)執(zhi)行相(xiang)應(ying)的保密制度(du),必須上報班長(chang)及請示呼(hu)叫(jiao)中(zhong)(zhong)心業務主管或(huo)(huo)經理(li)(li)。 4.負(fu)責(ze)及時(shi)(shi)對(dui)數(shu)據庫相(xiang)關(guan)內(nei)容(rong)進行錄(lu)入(ru)及更(geng)新,并對(dui)所錄(lu)入(ru)內(nei)容(rong)的準(zhun)確性(xing)(xing)、完(wan)整(zheng)性(xing)(xing)、及時(shi)(shi)性(xing)(xing)負(fu)責(ze)。 5.按(an)時(shi)(shi)完(wan)成呼(hu)叫(jiao)中(zhong)(zhong)心業務主管和經理(li)(li)下(xia)發的臨(lin)時(shi)(shi)項目(mu)工(gong)(gong)作。
