答(da) 報(bao)到證的全(quan)稱是“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)普(pu)通高等學校(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)報(bao)到證”，由(you)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)教育部直接印刷(shua)，省級(ji)高校(xiao)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)管理(li)部門(men)單獨簽發(fa)。用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)以報(bao)到證為依據，接收安(an)排畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)，并接轉畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)的檔案、戶(hu)口等。報(bao)到證只能(neng)一(yi)人(ren)(ren)一(yi)份，由(you)其它(ta)部門(men)印制或簽發(fa)的報(bao)到證無效。畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)對報(bao)到證要妥善保管，不論(lun)什(shen)么原因(yin)，凡自行涂(tu)改、撕毀的報(bao)到證一(yi)律作(zuo)廢(fei)。
