答(da) 崗位職責: 一、營銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)制(zhi)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建立(li)與(yu)(yu)檔(dang)案(an)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li): 1、根據公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經營發展戰略(lve)與(yu)(yu)目(mu)(mu)標,組織制(zhi)定并監(jian)督(du)(du)執(zhi)行銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)相(xiang)關的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)規章(zhang)制(zhi)度(du)與(yu)(yu)策(ce)略(lve); 2、了解掌握國內市(shi)(shi)場動(dong)態和潛在客戶需(xu)求(qiu),制(zhi)定營銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)方案(an); 3、參與(yu)(yu)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)政(zheng)策(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)定; 4、銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)程序、文(wen)件、檔(dang)案(an)、會(hui)(hui)議管理(li)及客戶檔(dang)案(an)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li)監(jian)督(du)(du); 5、加強(qiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)信(xin)息(xi)管理(li)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),與(yu)(yu)各(ge)市(shi)(shi)地政(zheng)府采購(gou)辦(ban)建立(li)聯系,確(que)保(bao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)有跟(gen)蹤(zong),有計(ji)劃(hua),有結果,有步驟地實施。 二、銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)管理(li) 1、負(fu)責匯總、分(fen)配項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)信(xin)息(xi)、跟(gen)蹤(zong)督(du)(du)辦(ban),組織銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)專題會(hui)(hui); 2、招(zhao)投標工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)統籌負(fu)責、安(an)排(pai); 3、參與(yu)(yu)合同評審(shen),監(jian)督(du)(du)審(shen)查各(ge)業(ye)務項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)報(bao)價(jia)程序的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)審(shen)核(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),保(bao)證報(bao)價(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)準確(que)率; 4、搞好市(shi)(shi)場預測(ce)和項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)分(fen)析,監(jian)督(du)(du)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)售(shou)(shou)前、售(shou)(shou)中、售(shou)(shou)后服務工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)全過程管理(li); 5、生產(chan)(chan)聯絡與(yu)(yu)生產(chan)(chan)任務督(du)(du)辦(ban); 6、做好銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)有關臺帳,與(yu)(yu)財務部(bu)一直做好銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)回款工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)安(an)排(pai)與(yu)(yu)落實; 7、負(fu)責落實各(ge)業(ye)務人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)跟(gen)蹤(zong)情況(kuang),有重(zhong)點(dian)地指導(dao)業(ye)務人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)運(yun)作(zuo)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo); 8、銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)費用控制(zhi)、審(shen)批,每月公(gong)(gong)(gong)布并與(yu)(yu)財務核(he)對; 三(san)、人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)管理(li): 1、協助人(ren)力資(zi)源部(bu)做好銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)招(zhao)聘、培養、培訓(xun)、選(xuan)拔(ba); 2、加強(qiang)銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)隊伍建設,培養營銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)才,保(bao)持隊伍的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定性; 3、負(fu)責對營銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)主(zhu)管考核(he)結果的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)審(shen)核(he)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)簽訂監(jian)督(du)(du)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。 4、落實公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)廣告、公(gong)(gong)(gong)關計(ji)劃(hua)。 5、利用公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)資(zi)源及個人(ren)社會(hui)(hui)資(zi)源搜集項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)信(xin)息(xi)。 6、分(fen)解落實公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)委(wei)派或搜集的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)信(xin)息(xi),制(zhi)定月度(du)公(gong)(gong)(gong)關計(ji)劃(hua)(包括銷(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)目(mu)(mu)標、回款額)。
