公司規定不準辭職合法嗎?

問(wen) 最(zui)近(jin)跟公(gong)(gong)司(si)簽訂了(le)勞動合(he)同(tong),想咨詢一下,公(gong)(gong)司(si)規定不準辭職合(he)法嗎?

員工有自己的(de)辭(ci)職權。《中(zhong)華人(ren)民共和國勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)法》第三十一(yi)條(tiao)規定:“勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)解(jie)除勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同,應當提前三十日(ri)以書面(mian)形式通(tong)(tong)知用人(ren)單(dan)位。”如果(guo)有特殊(shu)情況,如在(zai)(zai)試用期內的(de),或者(zhe)用人(ren)單(dan)位以暴力、威脅或者(zhe)非法限(xian)制人(ren)身自由的(de)手(shou)段強迫勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de),勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)還可(ke)以隨(sui)時通(tong)(tong)知用人(ren)單(dan)位解(jie)除勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同。在(zai)(zai)法律條(tiao)文(wen)中(zhong)員工都只是通(tong)(tong)知即可(ke)辭(ci)職,根本就(jiu)不需要公司同意。
