答(da) 1、根據集(ji)團(tuan)及公司總體規(gui)劃,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)公司銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)戰略,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)年度(du)(du)(du)/月度(du)(du)(du)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)目標(biao)(biao),與(yu)相關(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)附件精品(pin)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)計劃,并(bing)(bing)保證(zheng)目標(biao)(biao)完成; 2、與(yu)相關(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門共(gong)同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)滿(man)(man)意(yi)度(du)(du)(du)年度(du)(du)(du)目標(biao)(biao),負(fu)(fu)責銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)滿(man)(man)意(yi)度(du)(du)(du)工(gong)作(zuo)推進(jin)(jin)、改善和目標(biao)(biao)達成,維護品(pin)牌形(xing)象、提升銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)滿(man)(man)意(yi)度(du)(du)(du);按照(zhao)廠家各(ge)項標(biao)(biao)準完成相關(guan)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao); 3、負(fu)(fu)責展(zhan)廳銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)、衍(yan)生業(ye)(ye)務(wu)等業(ye)(ye)務(wu)的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)(du)、流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)和開展(zhan); 4、負(fu)(fu)責銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)訂單(dan)、車輛交接、資金、車輛保管等銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)各(ge)項環節的(de)管理(li)監(jian)控,并(bing)(bing)推進(jin)(jin)改善; 5、按照(zhao)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、促銷(xiao)(xiao)政(zheng)策等開展(zhan)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)工(gong)作(zuo),與(yu)市(shi)場部(bu)(bu)(bu)共(gong)同制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)策略。 6、收集(ji)行業(ye)(ye)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)(shou)相關(guan)信息,對行業(ye)(ye)信息和經銷(xiao)(xiao)商本(ben)身(shen)進(jin)(jin)、銷(xiao)(xiao)、存(cun)等信息進(jin)(jin)行分析。 7、具備(bei)營銷(xiao)(xiao)管理(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)、溝通能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)、市(shi)場開拓(tuo)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)、客戶投訴處理(li)能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)、團(tuan)隊激勵能(neng)(neng)力(li)(li)。 8、遵守和執行集(ji)團(tuan)、公司及部(bu)(bu)(bu)門制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)的(de)規(gui)章制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)(du)(du)、管理(li)要求和工(gong)作(zuo)流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。
