1.負責店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)每天維護(售前、售中、售后)、促銷(xiao)(xiao)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)開(kai)展落實。因本(ben)單位經營(ying)(ying)網店(dian)(dian)包括多家天貓店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)、淘寶店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)、京東第三方(fang)店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu),以(yi)及京東自(zi)營(ying)(ying)咚咚在(zai)(zai)線(xian)客(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)維護等工(gong)作(zuo),客(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)必須以(yi)符(fu)合(he)對(dui)(dui)應平(ping)臺下(xia)店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)管理(li)規則為(wei)前提進行各(ge)項店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)維護工(gong)作(zuo);規避(bi)各(ge)種(zhong)可(ke)能風(feng)險,無論(lun)在(zai)(zai)何種(zhong)情況下(xia),均以(yi)保證店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)的(de)(de)正常運(yun)營(ying)(ying)為(wei)前提,嚴格杜(du)絕扣分(fen),被下(xia)架,閉店(dian)(dian)等后果; 2.每天訂單處理(li)。達(da)成店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)要求的(de)(de)或者公司對(dui)(dui)產品項規定的(de)(de)銷(xiao)(xiao)售規模; 3.有條件定期輪流在(zai)(zai)線(xian)值(zhi)晚(wan)班(即(ji)家里有自(zi)備(bei)電(dian)腦,可(ke)上網,網速滿足(zu)工(gong)作(zuo)需要),每組客(ke)(ke)服(fu)(fu)輪流早(zao)晚(wan)班,每月(yue)輪換(huan); 4.每天監控對(dui)(dui)手價格與活(huo)動(dong)(dong)信息,提報給運(yun)營(ying)(ying); 5.緊(jin)密配合(he)店(dian)(dian)鋪(pu)(pu)(pu)運(yun)營(ying)(ying)實施(shi)銷(xiao)(xiao)售活(huo)動(dong)(dong); 6.完(wan)成部門主(zhu)管安排的(de)(de)其他相關工(gong)作(zuo)。
