首(shou)先在日(ri)(ri)標(biao)準工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間(jian)以外延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間(jian)的(de),按(an)(an)照(zhao)不(bu)低于小(xiao)(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)基(ji)數的(de)150%支(zhi)(zhi)付加班(ban)(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。其次在休(xiu)息(xi)日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de),應當(dang)(dang)安排(pai)其同等時間(jian)的(de)補(bu)休(xiu),不(bu)能安排(pai)補(bu)休(xiu)的(de),按(an)(an)照(zhao)不(bu)低于日(ri)(ri)或(huo)者小(xiao)(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)基(ji)數的(de) 200%支(zhi)(zhi)付加班(ban)(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi);最(zui)后在法定休(xiu)假日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de),應當(dang)(dang)按(an)(an)照(zhao)不(bu)低于日(ri)(ri)或(huo)者小(xiao)(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)基(ji)數的(de) 300%支(zhi)(zhi)付加班(ban)(ban)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
