《職(zhi)工(gong)帶薪年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)條例》第五條明確(que)規(gui)定:確(que)因工(gong)作需要不(bu)能安(an)排(pai)(pai)職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)的,經(jing)職(zhi)工(gong)本人同意,可以不(bu)安(an)排(pai)(pai)職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)假(jia)。對職(zhi)工(gong)應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)未休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)天數,單位應(ying)當按照該(gai)職(zhi)工(gong)日工(gong)資(zi)(zi)收入的300%支(zhi)付年(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬。
