答 根據(ju)《企業職(zhi)工(gong)帶薪年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)實施辦法》的規定:用人(ren)單位與(yu)職(zhi)工(gong)解除或(huo)者終止勞動(dong)合同時,當年(nian)(nian)度未安排(pai)職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)滿應休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)的,應當按照職(zhi)工(gong)當年(nian)(nian)已(yi)工(gong)作時間折算休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)天(tian)數,并支(zhi)付(fu)未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)資報酬,但折算后不足1整(zheng)天(tian)的部分不支(zhi)付(fu)未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)資報酬。
