勞動者違反勞動合同法需要承擔哪些責任?

問(wen) 在正式到工(gong)作(zuo)崗位前,勞動者需(xu)與用人單(dan)位簽訂勞動合同,但在某(mou)些情況下(xia)也會出現違(wei)約(yue)行(xing)為,那(nei)么勞動者違(wei)反勞動合同法需(xu)要承(cheng)擔哪(na)些責任?

首先勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者必(bi)須承擔(dan)用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)招收錄用(yong)(yong)其(qi)(qi)所(suo)支付(fu)(fu)的費用(yong)(yong),動(dong)(dong)者必(bi)須承擔(dan)用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)為其(qi)(qi)支付(fu)(fu)的培訓費用(yong)(yong)。雙(shuang)方另有約定(ding)(ding)按約定(ding)(ding)辦理。其(qi)(qi)次對用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的生產、經(jing)(jing)營和工作造(zao)(zao)成直(zhi)接經(jing)(jing)濟損失(shi)(shi)的,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者必(bi)須承擔(dan)賠(pei)償(chang)責任。最后勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者違反(fan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)中(zhong)約定(ding)(ding)的保密(mi)事項(xiang),給用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)造(zao)(zao)成經(jing)(jing)濟損失(shi)(shi)的,按《反(fan)不正(zheng)當競爭法》第20條的規(gui)定(ding)(ding)向用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)支付(fu)(fu)賠(pei)償(chang)費用(yong)(yong),用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者在勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)中(zhong)約定(ding)(ding)的其(qi)(qi)他(ta)賠(pei)償(chang)費用(yong)(yong)。
