最(zui)近因為跟公司出現了(le)勞動合同上的糾紛,我想(xiang)咨詢一下,勞動爭議發生后要(yao)怎么做呢?

勞動(dong)爭議發生后,當事人(ren)可(ke)(ke)以向本單位勞動(dong)爭議調解委(wei)員會申請調解;調解不成,當事人(ren)一方要(yao)求仲(zhong)(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)的,可(ke)(ke)以向勞動(dong)爭議仲(zhong)(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)委(wei)員會申請仲(zhong)(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)。當事人(ren)一方也(ye)可(ke)(ke)以直接向勞動(dong)爭議仲(zhong)(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)委(wei)員會申請仲(zhong)(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)。對(dui)仲(zhong)(zhong)裁(cai)(cai)裁(cai)(cai)決不服的,可(ke)(ke)以向人(ren)民法院提起訴訟。
