勞動合同終止理由有哪些?

我剛剛進(jin)入職場是個(ge)新人,現在想(xiang)咨詢一下,請問勞動(dong)合同(tong)終止理由有哪(na)些?

《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)(fa)(fa)》第23條規定(ding)(ding):“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)期滿或者(zhe)當事人約(yue)定(ding)(ding)的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)終(zhong)(zhong)止條件(jian)(jian)出現(xian),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)即行終(zhong)(zhong)止。”通(tong)過該規定(ding)(ding)可以看(kan)出,在《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)(fa)(fa)》調整下,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)的終(zhong)(zhong)止條件(jian)(jian)分為法(fa)(fa)(fa)定(ding)(ding)條件(jian)(jian)和約(yue)定(ding)(ding)條件(jian)(jian),即用人單(dan)位可以和勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)中約(yue)定(ding)(ding)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)的終(zhong)(zhong)止條件(jian)(jian)。只要(yao)約(yue)定(ding)(ding)的終(zhong)(zhong)止條件(jian)(jian)不違背法(fa)(fa)(fa)律、法(fa)(fa)(fa)規的規定(ding)(ding),該約(yue)定(ding)(ding)就有效,就可以依據約(yue)定(ding)(ding)來(lai)終(zhong)(zhong)止雙方(fang)的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)(tong)。
