年假不休該怎樣算回工資?

問(wen) 我馬(ma)上就(jiu)要(yao)有(you)年假(jia)(jia)了,現在想咨詢(xun)一下,請問年假(jia)(jia)不(bu)休該怎樣算回工資?

用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)經職工(gong)(gong)(gong)同意不安(an)排休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)假或(huo)者安(an)排職工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)假時間少于應休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)假時間,應當在(zai)本(ben)年(nian)(nian)度內(nei)對職工(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)(xiu)假時間,按日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資收入的(de)300%支付未休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)假期(qi)間的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,其中包(bao)含用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)支付職工(gong)(gong)(gong)正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作期(qi)間的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)安(an)排職工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)假,但是職工(gong)(gong)(gong)因(yin)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)原因(yin)且書面提出不休(xiu)(xiu)假的(de),用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)可以只支付其正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作期(qi)間的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。
