用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)經職工(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)意(yi)不安排(pai)休(xiu)年假(jia)(jia)或者安排(pai)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)少于應休(xiu)年假(jia)(jia)時(shi)間(jian)(jian),應當(dang)在本年度(du)內對職工(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)時(shi)間(jian)(jian),按日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資收入的(de)300%支(zhi)付未休(xiu)年假(jia)(jia)期(qi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,其中包含(han)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)支(zhi)付職工(gong)(gong)(gong)正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作期(qi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)安排(pai)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia),但(dan)是職工(gong)(gong)(gong)因(yin)本人(ren)(ren)原因(yin)且書面(mian)提出不休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)的(de),用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)可以只(zhi)支(zhi)付其正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作期(qi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資。
