試用期三個月后才簽合同合理嗎?

我剛剛進入一家公司,公司說試用期(qi)為(wei)三(san)個月,三(san)個月后才(cai)簽訂勞動合(he)同,請問(wen)合(he)法(fa)嗎?

三個(ge)月(yue)試用期不簽訂(ding)(ding)勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)違法(fa)。根據《勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)法(fa)》第十條規定,建立勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi),應當訂(ding)(ding)立勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)。已經建立勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi),未同(tong)(tong)時訂(ding)(ding)立勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)的,應當在用工之(zhi)日起一個(ge)月(yue)內(nei)訂(ding)(ding)立書面勞動(dong)合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)。
