我是一(yi)名單(dan)位(wei)員工,想了解涉及哪(na)些(xie)解除理由(you),用人單(dan)位(wei)需要提前三(san)十天通知勞動者?

首先勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)患病(bing)或者(zhe)非(fei)因工(gong)(gong)負傷,在規定的(de)(de)(de)醫療期滿后不(bu)能(neng)從事原工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),也不(bu)能(neng)從事由(you)用人(ren)單(dan)位另(ling)行安排的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de);其次勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)不(bu)能(neng)勝任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),經(jing)過培訓或者(zhe)調(diao)整工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)崗位,仍不(bu)能(neng)勝任工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de);最后勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)訂(ding)立時所依據(ju)的(de)(de)(de)客觀情況發(fa)生重(zhong)大變化,致使勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)無法履行,經(jing)用人(ren)單(dan)位與勞動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協商,未(wei)能(neng)就變更勞動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)內容達成協議(yi)的(de)(de)(de)。
