降薪是變更了勞動合同嗎?

勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者到單(dan)位(wei)參加工作,雙方會簽訂勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系(xi)存(cun),那么在日(ri)后履行合同(tong)的過程中,單(dan)位(wei)對勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者降薪的,是變更了(le)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)嗎?

《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同法(fa)》第十七條規定中,已將勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬列入勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同必(bi)備條款,用人單位應當按勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同約(yue)定支付勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬,如果用人單位需要調薪,就必(bi)須(xu)對勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)同必(bi)備條款進行依法(fa)變(bian)更(geng),否則就屬于違法(fa)變(bian)更(geng),要支付經(jing)濟補償。
