勞動者不想簽勞動合同怎么辦?

答 如(ru)果勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)拒(ju)絕簽訂勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong),單(dan)位(wei)應(ying)當以(yi)書(shu)面(mian)形式通(tong)知(zhi)限期(qi)簽定,仍(reng)不(bu)簽定的(de),書(shu)面(mian)通(tong)知(zhi)終(zhong)止合(he)同(tong)。自用工之日起一個月內,經用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)書(shu)面(mian)通(tong)知(zhi)后,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)不(bu)與用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)訂立書(shu)面(mian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)的(de),用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)應(ying)當書(shu)面(mian)通(tong)知(zhi)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)終(zhong)止勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系,無需向勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)支付經濟補(bu)償(chang),但是應(ying)當依法向勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)支付其實際工作時間的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬。
