職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)連續(xu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)滿(man)12個月以上(shang)的,享受帶薪年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)。年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)天數(shu)根據職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)累(lei)計(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)確(que)定,其中職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)累(lei)計(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)已滿(man)1年(nian)(nian)不滿(man)10年(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)5天;已滿(man)10年(nian)(nian)不滿(man)20年(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)10天;已滿(man)20年(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)15天。在年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)期間(jian),職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)享受與正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)期間(jian)相(xiang)同的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收(shou)入。對職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)未休(xiu)的年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)天數(shu),用人單位應當按照該職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收(shou)入的300%支付年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報(bao)酬(chou)。
