答 根據《中華人(ren)民共和國勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)法實(shi)施條例》:用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位自用(yong)工(gong)之日(ri)起超過一(yi)個月不滿(man)一(yi)年未與勞動者訂(ding)立書面勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de),應(ying)當(dang)向勞動者每月支(zhi)付(fu)二倍(bei)的(de)工(gong)資,并與勞動者補(bu)訂(ding)書面勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。用(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位向勞動者每月支(zhi)付(fu)兩倍(bei)工(gong)資的(de)起算時間為用(yong)工(gong)之日(ri)起滿(man)一(yi)個月的(de)次(ci)日(ri),截止時間為補(bu)訂(ding)書面勞動合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)前(qian)一(yi)日(ri)。
