女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)保護規(gui)定(ding)中第七(qi)條規(gui)定(ding):女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工在懷(huai)孕期間,所在單位不得(de)安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)其(qi)從事(shi)國(guo)家規(gui)定(ding)的第三級體力勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)強度的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)和(he)孕期禁忌從事(shi)的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong),不得(de)在正(zheng)常勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)日以外(wai)延長(chang)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)間;對(dui)不能勝任(ren)原(yuan)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)的,應當根據醫(yi)務部(bu)門的證(zheng)明,予(yu)以減(jian)輕(qing)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)量或者(zhe)安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)其(qi)他勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)。懷(huai)孕七(qi)個月(yue)以上(含七(qi)個月(yue))的女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)工,一(yi)般不得(de)安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)其(qi)從事(shi)夜班勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong);在勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi)間內應當安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)一(yi)定(ding)的休(xiu)息時(shi)(shi)間。
