公司允諾的年薪就一定是一年發一次嗎?

答 年薪(xin)是一(yi)個人工(gong)(gong)(gong)作一(yi)年的(de)(de)(de)(de)總收入,是以(yi)年固定(ding)(ding)報酬額為基數分月發放的(de)(de)(de)(de)勞動報酬,在(zai)(zai)表現形式與實質上均等同于月薪(xin),只不過體現著一(yi)種激勵(li)機制。《工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支付暫行規定(ding)(ding)》規定(ding)(ding),工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)必須在(zai)(zai)用(yong)人單位與勞動者約定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)日(ri)期支付。工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)至少每(mei)月支付一(yi)次,實行周(zhou)、日(ri)、小(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)制的(de)(de)(de)(de)可(ke)按周(zhou)、日(ri)、小(xiao)時支付工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。根據(ju)規定(ding)(ding),不管(guan)公司采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是哪種工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)制度必須要至少每(mei)月支付一(yi)次或按周(zhou)、日(ri)、小(xiao)時支付工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
