公司允諾的年薪就一定是一年發一次嗎?

年(nian)薪是(shi)一個人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作一年(nian)的總收入,是(shi)以年(nian)固定報(bao)酬(chou)額為基數分月發放的勞動(dong)報(bao)酬(chou),在表現形式與實(shi)質(zhi)上均等同于(yu)月薪,只(zhi)不過體現著一種(zhong)激勵(li)機(ji)制(zhi)。《工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)暫行規定》規定,工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)必須在用人(ren)單(dan)位與勞動(dong)者約定的日期支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)至少每月支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)一次,實(shi)行周、日、小(xiao)(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)制(zhi)的可(ke)按(an)周、日、小(xiao)(xiao)時支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。根據規定,不管(guan)公(gong)司采(cai)用的是(shi)哪種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)制(zhi)度(du)必須要至少每月支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)一次或按(an)周、日、小(xiao)(xiao)時支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。
