公司允諾的年薪就一定是一年發一次嗎?

我面試(shi)上了青島的一家企業(ye),簽(qian)訂勞動(dong)合(he)同時規定(ding)了年薪(xin),但是卻是一年發一次,公司(si)這(zhe)么做合(he)理嗎?

年(nian)(nian)薪(xin)是一個人(ren)工(gong)(gong)作一年(nian)(nian)的總收(shou)入,是以(yi)年(nian)(nian)固(gu)定(ding)報(bao)酬(chou)額(e)為基數分月(yue)(yue)發放的勞動(dong)報(bao)酬(chou),在表現形式與實(shi)質上均等同于月(yue)(yue)薪(xin),只(zhi)不過體現著一種(zhong)激勵(li)機(ji)制。《工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)支付(fu)暫行規定(ding)》規定(ding),工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)必須在用人(ren)單位與勞動(dong)者(zhe)約定(ding)的日期支付(fu)。工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)至少每月(yue)(yue)支付(fu)一次,實(shi)行周(zhou)、日、小(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)制的可按周(zhou)、日、小(xiao)時支付(fu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。根據規定(ding),不管公司采用的是哪種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)制度必須要至少每月(yue)(yue)支付(fu)一次或(huo)按周(zhou)、日、小(xiao)時支付(fu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。
