年假沒休夠,單位是否該支付相應的工資?

《企(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)帶薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假實施辦法》第十條(tiao)規定:“用人單位經職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)同意不安排(pai)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假或者(zhe)安排(pai)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假天數少于(yu)應(ying)(ying)休(xiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假天數,應(ying)(ying)當在本年(nian)(nian)(nian)度內對職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)應(ying)(ying)休(xiu)未休(xiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假天數,按照其日(ri)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)收入的300%支付未休(xiu)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬,其中包含(han)用人單位支付職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)正常工(gong)(gong)作期間的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)收入。所以,你所在單位的做法是不合理的。
