今起山東最低工資標準漲百元 最高1600元

28日(ri),省(sheng)政府下(xia)發(fa)通知(zhi),調(diao)整全省(sheng)最(zui)低工資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準,并發(fa)布2015年企業工資(zi)指導線。從3月(yue)(yue)1日(ri)起,全省(sheng)月(yue)(yue)最(zui)低工資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準按地區分別調(diao)整為(wei):1600元(yuan)、1450元(yuan)、1300元(yuan),小時最(zui)低工資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準按地區分別調(diao)整為(wei):16元(yuan)、14.5元(yuan)、13元(yuan),平均增幅為(wei)7.41%。

  以去年(nian)全省(sheng)企(qi)業(ye)在崗職工(gong)平均(jun)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)為(wei)基數(shu),今(jin)年(nian)企(qi)業(ye)職工(gong)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增長基準線確定(ding)為(wei)10%、上線為(wei)18%、下線為(wei)4%。這是山東(dong)連(lian)續(xu)6年(nian)調(diao)整(zheng)最(zui)低工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準,連(lian)續(xu)17年(nian)發布(bu)企(qi)業(ye)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導線。

  去年,山東調整后(hou)的(de)全省月最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準也同樣分成3類:1500元(yuan)、1350元(yuan)、1200元(yuan),平均增(zeng)幅10%;小時最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準為15元(yuan)、13.5元(yuan)、12元(yuan)。2014年企業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)指(zhi)導線(xian):企業職工(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)基準線(xian)12%;企業職工(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)上線(xian)(預警線(xian))20%;企業職工(gong)(gong)貨幣工(gong)(gong)資(zi)增(zeng)長(chang)下線(xian)4%。

  據介紹,2014年(nian)全(quan)省經濟(ji)保持總體(ti)平穩(wen),結構調(diao)整(zheng)穩(wen)中有進,運行質量穩(wen)中有升(sheng),為調(diao)整(zheng)最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標準、引導企業職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資合理(li)增(zeng)長奠定了堅實基礎。同(tong)時考慮到新常態下(xia)經濟(ji)增(zeng)長放(fang)緩、物(wu)價漲幅(fu)變(bian)化(hua)、人工(gong)(gong)成本上升(sheng)等復雜因素(su),我省適度(du)下(xia)調(diao)了最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標準的增(zeng)長幅(fu)度(du)以及企業工(gong)(gong)資指導線基準線和上線標準。

  省政府要求,有(you)關部(bu)門要進(jin)一步加強對用人(ren)單位執行最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準的(de)監督檢查(cha),對違(wei)反最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)規定(ding)的(de)行為(wei)要依法(fa)查(cha)處,切(qie)實維護勞(lao)動者(zhe)合(he)法(fa)權益。各類(lei)企(qi)業(ye)應當根據工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)指(zhi)導(dao)線,分析企(qi)業(ye)經濟效益、職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)水平、勞(lao)動生產率和(he)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)成(cheng)本(ben)等指(zhi)標(biao),兼(jian)顧企(qi)業(ye)的(de)承受能力、發展目標(biao)等因素(su),通過工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)集體協(xie)商,合(he)理確(que)定(ding)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)增長(chang)幅度。壟斷(duan)企(qi)業(ye)要嚴(yan)格控制工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)增長(chang)幅度,國(guo)有(you)和(he)國(guo)有(you)控股企(qi)業(ye)要合(he)理確(que)定(ding)企(qi)業(ye)負責(ze)人(ren)和(he)企(qi)業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)水平。
