日照發布2016年企業工資指導線

工(gong)(gong)資指(zhi)導(dao)線制度主(zhu)要在(zai)于引(yin)導(dao)企(qi)業建立職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資正(zheng)常(chang)增(zeng)長(chang)機制。工(gong)(gong)資增(zeng)長(chang)有利于調動(dong)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)積(ji)(ji)極性(xing)(xing)、主(zhu)動(dong)性(xing)(xing)、創造性(xing)(xing),對于促進消費、拉動(dong)內需、提高企(qi)業效益具有積(ji)(ji)極作用。企(qi)業應當貫徹按勞分配、同工(gong)(gong)同酬原則,根據(ju)本單位經濟效益增(zeng)長(chang)情況,建立職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資正(zheng)常(chang)增(zeng)長(chang)機制。

在政府(fu)發布工資指導線30日(ri)內(nei),企(qi)業應當與職工進行(xing)工資集體協商(shang),制定(ding)(ding)職工工資調整方案,向人力(li)資源社(she)會保障(zhang)部門備案。開(kai)展工資集體協商(shang),應當根據工資指導線,分析企(qi)業經(jing)濟(ji)效益、職工工資水(shui)平(ping)、勞(lao)動生產率和人工成本等指標,兼顧企(qi)業的(de)承受能(neng)力(li)、發展目標等因(yin)素,合理確定(ding)(ding)工資增長(chang)幅度和工資水(shui)平(ping)。

此前,根據(ju)省(sheng)(sheng)統計(ji)局、省(sheng)(sheng)人社(she)廳(ting)公布(bu)的上年度全省(sheng)(sheng)在崗職工(gong)平均工(gong)資(zi)(每月4850元(yuan))標準,日照市確定了2016年6月至(zhi)2017年5月期間企(qi)業(ye)社(she)保繳費(fei)基數(即繳費(fei)工(gong)資(zi))的上下(xia)限(xian):月繳費(fei)工(gong)資(zi)上限(xian)為14549元(yuan),下(xia)限(xian)為2910元(yuan)。與去年相比有所提高。

目(mu)前,日照市參(can)保(bao)企(qi)業職工(gong)需(xu)繳納基本(ben)養老、醫療、失業、工(gong)傷和生育等(deng)共(gong)5項社(she)會保(bao)險(xian)費,以職工(gong)上年度月(yue)平均工(gong)資收(shou)入為(wei)基數,按企(qi)業最低負擔26.7%、職工(gong)合計負擔10.5%的比例繳納。

參保職工(gong)(gong)(gong)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)收(shou)入低(di)于(yu)全省上年度(du)在崗職工(gong)(gong)(gong)月(yue)平均(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)60%的,按60%確定為基數(shu)(shu);高于(yu)全省上年度(du)在崗職工(gong)(gong)(gong)月(yue)平均(jun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)300%的,按300%確定為繳(jiao)費基數(shu)(shu);居于(yu)300%至60%之間(jian)的,以本人實(shi)發工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)為繳(jiao)費基數(shu)(shu)。

由此核定企業職工(gong)社保(bao)費(fei)的每月(yue)繳費(fei)額(e),上限(xian)為(wei)(wei):單位最(zui)低負擔3884.58元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),職工(gong)負擔1527.66元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),合(he)計繳費(fei)額(e)為(wei)(wei)5412.24元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);下限(xian)為(wei)(wei):單位最(zui)低負擔776.97元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),職工(gong)負擔305.55元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),合(he)計繳費(fei)額(e)為(wei)(wei)1082.52元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
