近日(ri),記者從山(shan)東省(sheng)棗莊(zhuang)市人社局獲悉,從2017年6月1日(ri)起,棗莊(zhuang)市最低工資標準(zhun)再次提高,分1640元(yuan)(yuan)和1470元(yuan)(yuan)兩檔(dang)。自2010年以來,棗莊(zhuang)市最低工資標準(zhun)已經連續8年上調(diao)。
按區(qu)(qu)域經濟發(fa)展(zhan)水平,調(diao)整(zheng)后的全(quan)省(sheng)最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)分三(san)檔,分別為1810元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、1640元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和1470元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);小(xiao)(xiao)時最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)分別為18.1元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、16.4元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和14.7元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。棗莊執行(xing)其中的兩(liang)檔標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。市(shi)(shi)中區(qu)(qu)、滕州市(shi)(shi)執行(xing)第二(er)檔標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),月(yue)(yue)最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)由1550元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)為1640元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),小(xiao)(xiao)時最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)由15.5元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)為16.4元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);薛城區(qu)(qu)、山亭區(qu)(qu)、嶧城區(qu)(qu)、臺兒莊區(qu)(qu)執行(xing)第三(san)檔標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun),月(yue)(yue)最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)由1390元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)為1470元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),小(xiao)(xiao)時最(zui)(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)由13.9元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調(diao)整(zheng)為14.7元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。
據(ju)了(le)解(jie),月(yue)最(zui)低工資(zi)標準(zhun)適用于(yu)全日(ri)制就業勞動者(zhe)。小(xiao)時(shi)最(zui)低工資(zi)標準(zhun)適用于(yu)非全日(ri)制就業勞動者(zhe)。調整后的(de)最(zui)低工資(zi)標準(zhun)從2017年6月(yue)1日(ri)起(qi)執(zhi)行。
根據原山東省勞動(dong)和社(she)會保(bao)障(zhang)廳《關(guan)于最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)執(zhi)行中(zhong)幾個具(ju)體問題(ti)的(de)(de)通(tong)知(zhi)》中(zhong)相關(guan)規定,最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是少數生產經營困難(nan)、經濟效益下降,確無正常工(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付能力(li)的(de)(de)用人(ren)單(dan)位,支(zhi)付給勞動(dong)者的(de)(de)最(zui)低(di)(di)勞動(dong)報酬。有支(zhi)付能力(li)的(de)(de)用人(ren)單(dan)位不得(de)將(jiang)最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)作為(wei)正常的(de)(de)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)支(zhi)付標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。用人(ren)單(dan)位需按最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)支(zhi)付工(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)(de),應履行必要(yao)的(de)(de)民主程序并(bing)事(shi)先報同級勞動(dong)保(bao)障(zhang)行政部門備案。
勞動者(zhe)依(yi)法(fa)(fa)享受帶薪年休(xiu)假(jia)、探親假(jia)、婚喪(sang)假(jia)、產(chan)假(jia)、哺乳(ru)假(jia)等國家(jia)規定(ding)的(de)假(jia)期(qi)期(qi)間,以及法(fa)(fa)定(ding)工作(zuo)時(shi)間內依(yi)法(fa)(fa)參加(jia)社(she)會活動期(qi)間,視為提供了正(zheng)常勞動。同(tong)時(shi),延(yan)長工作(zuo)時(shi)間的(de)加(jia)班(ban)加(jia)點工資;中班(ban)、夜(ye)班(ban)、高溫、低溫、井下、有毒有害等特殊工作(zuo)環境、條件下的(de)津貼(tie);法(fa)(fa)律(lv)、法(fa)(fa)規和國家(jia)、省規定(ding)的(de)勞動者(zhe)應(ying)當享受的(de)福利(li)待(dai)遇;按國家(jia)住房制(zhi)度改革規定(ding)由用(yong)人(ren)單位為勞動者(zhe)繳納的(de)住房公積金(jin);用(yong)人(ren)單位為勞動者(zhe)支付的(de)醫(yi)療衛生費(fei)(fei)、喪(sang)葬(zang)撫恤救濟金(jin)、探親路費(fei)(fei)、計劃生育補貼(tie)、生活困難補助、冬季取(qu)暖(nuan)補貼(tie)、防暑降(jiang)溫費(fei)(fei)等)不(bu)包(bao)含(han)在(zai)最低工資標準內,需(xu)由用(yong)人(ren)單位另行支付。
此外,用人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)支付(fu)給勞動者的工資(zi)必(bi)須以法定貨幣形式支付(fu)。用人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)依(yi)法繳納(na)的社會保(bao)險(xian)費(fei),以及通過(guo)補貼伙(huo)食、住(zhu)房支付(fu)或提供給勞動者的非(fei)貨幣收入,不(bu)計算在最低工資(zi)標(biao)準里。勞動者個人(ren)(ren)應當繳納(na)的社會保(bao)險(xian)費(fei)和住(zhu)房公(gong)積金則包含在最低工資(zi)標(biao)準之內。
