體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)標準參(can)照《公務員(yuan)錄用(yong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通用(yong)標準(試(shi)(shi)行(xing))》(國(guo)人部(bu)發〔2005〕1號(hao))和《關(guan)(guan)于(yu)修訂〈公務員(yuan)錄用(yong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通用(yong)標準(試(shi)(shi)行(xing))〉的(de)(de)通知(zhi)》(人社部(bu)發〔2010〕19號(hao))執(zhi)行(xing),國(guo)家另有規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)從其規定(ding)(ding)。除特殊(shu)情況(kuang)經(jing)(jing)用(yong)人單(dan)位主管(guan)部(bu)門同意外,應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)人員(yuan)不按(an)規定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)時間、地點參(can)加體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de),視(shi)為自動放棄。對(dui)于(yu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)違(wei)反操作規程(cheng)、弄虛(xu)作假、徇私舞弊、瀆職失(shi)職等造(zao)成(cheng)不良后果的(de)(de)工(gong)作人員(yuan),按(an)照有關(guan)(guan)規定(ding)(ding)給(gei)予處(chu)(chu)理;應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)者(zhe)在(zai)(zai)(zai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過程(cheng)中(zhong)有意隱瞞影(ying)響(xiang)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)的(de)(de)疾病或者(zhe)病史的(de)(de),經(jing)(jing)查實后給(gei)予不予聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)的(de)(de)處(chu)(chu)理;應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)者(zhe)在(zai)(zai)(zai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過程(cheng)中(zhong)有串(chuan)通體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)作人員(yuan)作弊或者(zhe)請他人代替(ti)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)以及交(jiao)換、替(ti)換化(hua)驗(yan)樣本等作弊行(xing)為的(de)(de),一(yi)經(jing)(jing)查實,體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果無(wu)效(xiao),并取消本次(ci)應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)資格(ge)。對(dui)按(an)規定(ding)(ding)需要復檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de),不在(zai)(zai)(zai)原(yuan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫(yi)院進(jin)行(xing),復檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)只能進(jin)行(xing)1次(ci),最(zui)終體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果以復檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結論為準。
對(dui)因應聘者本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)與現聘用單位(wei)處理解除聘用關(guan)系等問(wen)題(ti)造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)不能按規(gui)定時間進(jin)行考察(cha)體(ti)檢的,視為(wei)自動放棄(qi);對(dui)棄(qi)權、考察(cha)或體(ti)檢不合格、因個(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)原因無法辦理相關(guan)手續、自動放棄(qi)聘用資(zi)格等原因造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的空缺,可從本(ben)招(zhao)聘崗位(wei)應聘人(ren)(ren)(ren)員中按照考試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)依次(ci)等額遞補(bu)。如果出現應聘人(ren)(ren)(ren)員總成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)相同(tong),則(ze)按筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)由高(gao)分到低分確定遞補(bu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)選;如果筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)也相同(tong),則(ze)對(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)相同(tong)者重新組織面試(shi),按面試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)由高(gao)分到低分確定進(jin)入(ru)遞補(bu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)選。
