近日，山東文登天恒職業技能培訓學校失業職工第四期創業培訓開班，本期培訓共有54名學員參加。

培(pei)訓(xun)過程中，講師對失業(ye)(ye)人員進(jin)行(xing)了(le)職業(ye)(ye)定位(wei)、免息貸(dai)款、創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)資金扶持等相關知識培(pei)訓(xun)，增強他們的創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)意(yi)識，提高(gao)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)技能，幫助失業(ye)(ye)人員充分就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)和自主(zhu)創(chuang)業(ye)(ye)。

參訓人(ren)員張紅麗說，老(lao)師(shi)非(fei)(fei)常(chang)詳細地講(jiang)解了下崗職(zhi)工該如(ru)何(he)創業或(huo)者(zhe)如(ru)何(he)再(zai)(zai)就(jiu)(jiu)業、開辦企業所需要的條件，在課堂上他們學到了非(fei)(fei)常(chang)充(chong)足的知識，為(wei)自己以后再(zai)(zai)就(jiu)(jiu)業、創業提供了較多的機會。

為響應國(guo)家大眾創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)，萬眾創(chuang)(chuang)新的(de)號召，區人(ren)社(she)局對失業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員以及從未繳納過社(she)會(hui)保(bao)險的(de)人(ren)員進(jin)行(xing)免費的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)培訓，開展創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)意識(shi)和創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)知識(shi)、創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)模擬(ni)、項目指導和經(jing)營(ying)管理、創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)扶持政(zheng)策(ce)等方面培訓，提升學(xue)員創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)理念和創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)能(neng)力，努力讓失業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員培訓學(xue)習有(you)所成(cheng)、創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)路上有(you)心得、政(zheng)策(ce)扶持送上馬、老(lao)師指導送一(yi)程(cheng)。創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)孵化基(ji)地還定(ding)期舉辦(ban)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)沙(sha)龍，請創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)導師和創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)成(cheng)功人(ren)士(shi)介紹(shao)經(jing)驗(yan)，進(jin)行(xing)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)輔導。

圍繞(rao)“全(quan)(quan)域城(cheng)市(shi)化、市(shi)域一體化”要求，區人(ren)(ren)(ren)社(she)局以重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)區域建設和(he)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)需求為(wei)導(dao)向，廣泛實(shi)(shi)施“就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)下(xia)(xia)基層(ceng)”“萬眾就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)免費培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)計劃”一系(xi)列專題活(huo)動(dong)，著力開(kai)展以高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)、登記失業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員、農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)移勞動(dong)力、失地農(nong)(nong)(nong)民為(wei)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)群體的(de)(de)(de)(de)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)和(he)技(ji)能(neng)提(ti)(ti)升培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)，每(mei)年培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)數量突(tu)破1萬人(ren)(ren)(ren)次(ci)。根據全(quan)(quan)區培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)資源分布(bu)和(he)群眾培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)需求不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況，區人(ren)(ren)(ren)社(she)局全(quan)(quan)面推行(xing)“培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)列單(dan)、培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員選單(dan)、政府部(bu)門買單(dan)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)模式，重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)對城(cheng)鎮(zhen)化過程(cheng)中(zhong)農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)富余勞動(dong)力開(kai)展家政服務(wu)、月嫂(sao)育(yu)嬰、烹飪面點(dian)、鄉村(cun)旅游等(deng)(deng)“短、平、快”的(de)(de)(de)(de)技(ji)能(neng)特(te)色培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)，提(ti)(ti)升實(shi)(shi)際操作技(ji)能(neng)和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)素(su)質。同(tong)時，下(xia)(xia)沉技(ji)能(neng)提(ti)(ti)升培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)到(dao)鎮(zhen)辦，讓老(lao)百(bai)姓在家門口(kou)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)能(neng)參加培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)，有(you)效激發(fa)了群眾的(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)熱情。通過扎實(shi)(shi)有(you)效的(de)(de)(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)，幫助3500多名(ming)農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)居(ju)民就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)近就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)地轉(zhuan)(zhuan)移就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。區人(ren)(ren)(ren)社(she)局還從培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)養創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)意識、提(ti)(ti)升創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)角度出發(fa)，加強與職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)、威(wei)海創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)大(da)學等(deng)(deng)學校(xiao)(xiao)和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)合作，重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)開(kai)展了大(da)中(zhong)專畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)、失業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)實(shi)(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)，轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)觀念，增強創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)力，全(quan)(quan)年累計培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)大(da)中(zhong)專畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)2238人(ren)(ren)(ren)，高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)自主創(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)達到(dao)106人(ren)(ren)(ren)。結合鎮(zhen)域發(fa)展特(te)點(dian)，針對不同(tong)貧(pin)困(kun)人(ren)(ren)(ren)口(kou)，分門別類(lei)開(kai)展農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)電(dian)子商務(wu)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)、農(nong)(nong)(nong)村(cun)實(shi)(shi)用技(ji)術(shu)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)、新型(xing)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)農(nong)(nong)(nong)民培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)等(deng)(deng)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)項目，提(ti)(ti)高(gao)貧(pin)困(kun)家庭勞動(dong)者就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能(neng)力。
