1月16日,記者從省總工會了解到,截至目前,全省21361家百人以上建會非公有制企業中,18894家建立溝通協商機制,建制率達到88.5%;3415家國有、集體及其控股企業和5295家百人以上建會事業單位已全部建立溝通協商機制。

據了(le)解,2017年,諸(zhu)城市(shi)在(zai)推進企(qi)業(ye)(ye)改(gai)(gai)革改(gai)(gai)制過(guo)程中(zhong),充分(fen)(fen)發揮工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)與行(xing)(xing)(xing)政溝(gou)通(tong)協商機制的作用,就職工(gong)(gong)(gong)疑慮問(wen)題與行(xing)(xing)(xing)政進行(xing)(xing)(xing)溝(gou)通(tong)協商,解決職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的合理訴求,維護了(le)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍(wu)穩定和(he)社(she)會(hui)安(an)定,全市(shi)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)勞動爭議(yi)案件較2016年同比(bi)下降(jiang)12.6%,職工(gong)(gong)(gong)離職率較2016年同比(bi)下降(jiang)10.3%,分(fen)(fen)別(bie)比(bi)全國平(ping)(ping)均水(shui)平(ping)(ping)低(di)3.2%、4.6%。諸(zhu)城慈(ci)海醫院(yuan)在(zai)與員工(gong)(gong)(gong)溝(gou)通(tong)協商中(zhong),了(le)解到“職工(gong)(gong)(gong)想要持有公司股份”的訴求,經董事會(hui)研究決定,進行(xing)(xing)(xing)股權機制改(gai)(gai)革,吸(xi)納優(you)秀員工(gong)(gong)(gong)入股,讓更多優(you)秀員工(gong)(gong)(gong)分(fen)(fen)享(xiang)醫院(yuan)的發展成果(guo)。
