漲工資調崗好商量 山東近1.9萬企業建溝通協商機制

1月16日,記者從省總工會了解到,截至目前,全省21361家百人以上建會非公有制企業中,18894家建立溝通協商機制,建制率達到88.5%;3415家國有、集體及其控股企業和5295家百人以上建會事業單位已全部建立溝通協商機制。

  據(ju)了(le)解,2017年(nian),諸城市在(zai)(zai)推進企(qi)業改革(ge)改制(zhi)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),充分發(fa)揮工(gong)會與(yu)行(xing)政(zheng)溝(gou)通協商(shang)機(ji)制(zhi)的(de)作用,就職工(gong)疑慮問題與(yu)行(xing)政(zheng)進行(xing)溝(gou)通協商(shang),解決職工(gong)的(de)合理訴求,維護了(le)職工(gong)隊伍穩定(ding)和社會安(an)定(ding),全市企(qi)業勞(lao)動爭議案件較2016年(nian)同比下降12.6%,職工(gong)離職率較2016年(nian)同比下降10.3%,分別比全國平均水平低3.2%、4.6%。諸城慈海(hai)醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)溝(gou)通協商(shang)中(zhong)(zhong),了(le)解到“職工(gong)想(xiang)要(yao)持有公司股(gu)份”的(de)訴求,經董事(shi)會研究(jiu)決定(ding),進行(xing)股(gu)權機(ji)制(zhi)改革(ge),吸納優(you)秀員(yuan)工(gong)入股(gu),讓(rang)更多優(you)秀員(yuan)工(gong)分享醫(yi)院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)發(fa)展成(cheng)果。
