日前,青島發布2018年工資指導線,以2017年本企業平均工資為基數,基準線為平均工資增長9%,上線為平均工資增長13%,下線為平均工資增長4%。
企(qi)(qi)業工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線制度(du)(du)是政府(fu)調控企(qi)(qi)業工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)分配、引導(dao)企(qi)(qi)業職工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)合理增長的一(yi)項重要(yao)(yao)制度(du)(du),是為各(ge)類市場主(zhu)體(ti)開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協商及(ji)確(que)定工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增長水平提供的重要(yao)(yao)依(yi)據。按照《山東省企(qi)(qi)業工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付規定》(省政府(fu)令(ling)第188號),在政府(fu)部門(men)發布(bu)企(qi)(qi)業工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線30日內,各(ge)企(qi)(qi)業要(yao)(yao)制定落(luo)實(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線實(shi)施方案(工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協議)編(bian)制本年度(du)(du)薪酬(chou)預算(suan),并及(ji)時將2018年落(luo)實(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線實(shi)施方案(工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協議)及(ji)2017年工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)線履行情況(kuang)報(bao)送人力資(zi)(zi)(zi)源社會保(bao)障部門(men)備案。
針對逾期未備案的(de)企業,由(you)人力資源社會保障部門依據相(xiang)關(guan)規定給予警告,責令限期改正(zheng),逾期不(bu)改正(zheng)的(de),處以2000元(yuan)以上10000元(yuan)以下(xia)的(de)罰款。
