青島發布今年企業工資指導線 平均工資比去年漲9%

日前,青島發布2018年工資指導線,以2017年本企業平均工資為基數,基準線為平均工資增長9%,上線為平均工資增長13%,下線為平均工資增長4%。

  企業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)制度(du)是政(zheng)府(fu)調控企業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)分配、引導(dao)(dao)企業職工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)合(he)理(li)增長(chang)的一項重要(yao)制度(du),是為各類市場(chang)主體(ti)開(kai)展工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協商及(ji)確定工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)增長(chang)水平(ping)提(ti)供的重要(yao)依據。按照(zhao)《山東(dong)省企業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)支付規定》(省政(zheng)府(fu)令第(di)188號),在政(zheng)府(fu)部門發布(bu)企業工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)30日(ri)內,各企業要(yao)制定落實(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)實(shi)施方案(工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協議(yi)(yi))編制本年度(du)薪酬(chou)預算,并及(ji)時將2018年落實(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)實(shi)施方案(工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)集(ji)體(ti)協議(yi)(yi))及(ji)2017年工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)指導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)履(lv)行情況報送人力(li)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源社(she)會保障部門備案。

  針(zhen)對逾(yu)期(qi)未備(bei)案的(de)企業,由人力資源社會保障部門依據相(xiang)關規定給予警告,責令限期(qi)改正,逾(yu)期(qi)不改正的(de),處以(yi)2000元以(yi)上10000元以(yi)下的(de)罰(fa)款。
