1-2月青島就業物價保持穩定 消費市場加快恢復

今天(tian),市(shi)統計局發(fa)布了1-2月(yue)份青(qing)島經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)情況分析。1-2月(yue)份,全市(shi)經(jing)濟(ji)運(yun)行(xing)延續前(qian)期穩定(ding)恢復(fu)態勢(shi),經(jing)濟(ji)循環日(ri)益(yi)暢通,市(shi)場(chang)預期不斷改善(shan)。工業、投資、外貿等主要指標增勢(shi)平穩,支撐發(fa)展穩定(ding)恢復(fu)的積極因素累積增多。

工業生產大幅反彈

在(zai)工業(ye)經(jing)(jing)濟向數字經(jing)(jing)濟大跨步(bu)邁(mai)進的路上(shang),青島(dao)先(xian)行一(yi)步(bu)。以打造世(shi)界工業(ye)互聯(lian)網(wang)之都為目標,青島(dao)工業(ye)互聯(lian)網(wang)生態加(jia)速形(xing)成,制造業(ye)企業(ye)的生產(chan)、經(jing)(jing)營和管理模(mo)式產(chan)生重大變(bian)革。

1-2月份,受上(shang)年(nian)低(di)基數及就(jiu)地過年(nian)等(deng)因素影響,青(qing)島規(gui)模以上(shang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生產大幅反彈(dan),增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加值同比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)41.5%,比2019年(nian)1-2月份增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)14.2%,兩年(nian)平(ping)均增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)6.9%。35個工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)大類(lei)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)全部實(shi)現增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang),比2019年(nian)1-2月份增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加21個行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)。18個行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)快(kuai)于(yu)規(gui)模以上(shang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),4個行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)超過100%。從骨(gu)干(gan)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)看(kan),排名(ming)前(qian)10位行業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)累計增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加值增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)44.7%,快(kuai)于(yu)規(gui)模以上(shang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)3.2個百分(fen)(fen)點。其中,汽車制造(zao)、電氣機械和器材(cai)制造(zao)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)分(fen)(fen)別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)86.4%和67.4%。從產品產量看(kan),傳感器增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)58.3%,智(zhi)能電視增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)36.0%。

投資增速穩步回升

投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)是(shi)經(jing)濟(ji)工作的“第(di)一戰場”。1-2月份(fen),青島固定資(zi)產(chan)(chan)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)23.2%,比(bi)2019年(nian)1-2月份(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)4.6%,兩年(nian)平均增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)2.3%。全市在建(jian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)3640個(ge),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)加613個(ge),增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)20.3%。其中,產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)類項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)2380個(ge),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)加554個(ge);房地產(chan)(chan)開發項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)1260個(ge),同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)加59個(ge)。分(fen)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)看,第(di)一產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)12.5%;第(di)二產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)40.9%;第(di)三產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)19.9%。從(cong)重點(dian)攻勢看,城市品質改善提升、“雙招雙引(yin)”、壯大民營經(jing)濟(ji)等攻勢投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)速保持較高(gao)水平,分(fen)別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)44.2%、33.5%、26.4%。從(cong)重點(dian)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)鏈看,高(gao)端裝備、醫養(yang)健康投(tou)(tou)(tou)資(zi)快速增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang),增(zeng)(zeng)速分(fen)別(bie)為55.7%、50.0%。

消費市場加快恢復

今年以來,我市(shi)統籌做(zuo)好疫(yi)情防控和經濟社會發展,在完善疫(yi)情防控的前提下,商(shang)貿流通(tong)企業貨源充足,促銷活(huo)(huo)動豐富多彩,尤其(qi)是春節期間,居民消費意愿(yuan)強烈,消費市(shi)場展現(xian)出蓬勃生機和旺(wang)盛活(huo)(huo)力(li)。

1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),消費(fei)(fei)市場加(jia)速回暖,全(quan)市限(xian)(xian)額(e)(e)以(yi)上批發業(ye)、零(ling)售(shou)(shou)業(ye)銷售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)分別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)84.7%、33.5%,比(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen)分別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)81.0%、17.6%,兩年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)34.5%、8.4%。多數商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)銷售(shou)(shou)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)勢良好(hao),節日消費(fei)(fei)類商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)銷售(shou)(shou)快速增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)。1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),14個商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)類別(bie)零(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速超過20.0%。化妝品(pin)(pin)類、金銀珠寶類、煙酒類商(shang)(shang)品(pin)(pin)分別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)95.5%、77.3%、53.4%。1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),網(wang)上零(ling)售(shou)(shou)持續增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),限(xian)(xian)額(e)(e)以(yi)上單(dan)位網(wang)上零(ling)售(shou)(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)27.0%。住宿業(ye)逐步(bu)好(hao)轉,限(xian)(xian)額(e)(e)以(yi)上住宿業(ye)營(ying)業(ye)額(e)(e)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)62.5%,比(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen)下降4.8%,兩年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)下降2.4%。餐飲(yin)業(ye)穩(wen)步(bu)復(fu)蘇,限(xian)(xian)額(e)(e)以(yi)上餐飲(yin)業(ye)營(ying)業(ye)額(e)(e)同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)69.3%,比(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)21.4%,兩年(nian)(nian)平(ping)均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)10.2%。

外貿進出口增勢明顯

隨著國(guo)內外(wai)(wai)疫情(qing)逐步穩定,延續2020年(nian)下半年(nian)以來的逆勢(shi)上揚(yang)態勢(shi),青島外(wai)(wai)貿進出口增勢(shi)明顯(xian)。

1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),青島外貿(mao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)總值(zhi)1144.1億(yi)(yi)元,同比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)長39.3%,比(bi)2019年1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)長28.4%,兩年平均(jun)增(zeng)(zeng)長13.3%。其(qi)中,出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)677.8億(yi)(yi)元,增(zeng)(zeng)長57.5%;進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)(kou)466.3億(yi)(yi)元,增(zeng)(zeng)長19.2%。一(yi)般貿(mao)易進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)顯(xian)著增(zeng)(zeng)長。1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),一(yi)般貿(mao)易進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)811.9億(yi)(yi)元,增(zeng)(zeng)長50.8%,占(zhan)(zhan)全市(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)總值(zhi)的(de)71.0%,占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)提(ti)(ti)升5.4個百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。民營企業進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)比(bi)重提(ti)(ti)升。1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen)民營企業進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)752.8億(yi)(yi)元,增(zeng)(zeng)長54.6%,占(zhan)(zhan)全市(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)(chu)口(kou)(kou)(kou)總值(zhi)的(de)65.8%,占(zhan)(zhan)比(bi)提(ti)(ti)升6.5個百(bai)分(fen)點(dian)。

就業物價保持穩定

1-2月份(fen)(fen),青島就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)形勢穩定,城(cheng)鎮新增(zeng)就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)3.9萬(wan)人,同比(bi)增(zeng)長99.1%。其中(zhong),服務(wu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)吸納就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)2.9萬(wan)人,增(zeng)長110.8%;民營經濟吸納就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)3.1萬(wan)人,增(zeng)長86.8%,占就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)總量的78.0%。2月末,全(quan)市城(cheng)鎮登記(ji)失(shi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)率3.1%。物價(jia)(jia)(jia)保(bao)持平穩。1-2月份(fen)(fen),居民消(xiao)費價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)同比(bi)持平。分類別看,食(shi)品(pin)(pin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)漲2.2%,服務(wu)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)上(shang)(shang)漲0.4%;非食(shi)品(pin)(pin)和消(xiao)費品(pin)(pin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)分別下(xia)降(jiang)0.5%和0.2%。2月份(fen)(fen),居民消(xiao)費價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)同比(bi)上(shang)(shang)漲0.3%,環比(bi)上(shang)(shang)漲0.5%。其中(zhong),受春節(jie)過后豬肉需求量下(xia)降(jiang)導致價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)下(xia)降(jiang)影響,2月份(fen)(fen)食(shi)品(pin)(pin)價(jia)(jia)(jia)格(ge)漲幅收窄,同比(bi)、環比(bi)均(jun)上(shang)(shang)漲2.6%。
