1-2月青島就業物價保持穩定 消費市場加快恢復

今(jin)天,市統計局(ju)發(fa)布了1-2月份青島經(jing)濟運行情(qing)況(kuang)分析。1-2月份,全市經(jing)濟運行延續前期穩定(ding)恢復態勢(shi),經(jing)濟循環日益暢通,市場預(yu)期不(bu)斷改善。工(gong)業、投資(zi)、外貿等主要(yao)指標增勢(shi)平穩,支撐發(fa)展穩定(ding)恢復的積(ji)極因素累積(ji)增多(duo)。

工業生產大幅反彈

在工(gong)業經濟向(xiang)數字經濟大(da)跨(kua)步(bu)邁進的路上,青島(dao)先行一步(bu)。以打造(zao)世界工(gong)業互聯網之都為目標,青島(dao)工(gong)業互聯網生(sheng)(sheng)態加速形成(cheng),制造(zao)業企(qi)業的生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)、經營和管理(li)模式產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)重大(da)變革。

1-2月(yue)份(fen),受上(shang)(shang)年(nian)(nian)低(di)基(ji)數及就(jiu)地過(guo)年(nian)(nian)等因(yin)素影響,青島規模(mo)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)工業生(sheng)產(chan)大幅反(fan)彈,增(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長41.5%,比(bi)(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月(yue)份(fen)增(zeng)長14.2%,兩年(nian)(nian)平均增(zeng)長6.9%。35個工業大類行(xing)(xing)業全(quan)部(bu)實(shi)現增(zeng)長,比(bi)(bi)2019年(nian)(nian)1-2月(yue)份(fen)增(zeng)加(jia)21個行(xing)(xing)業。18個行(xing)(xing)業增(zeng)速快于規模(mo)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)工業,4個行(xing)(xing)業增(zeng)速超過(guo)100%。從骨(gu)干行(xing)(xing)業看,排名前(qian)10位(wei)行(xing)(xing)業累計增(zeng)加(jia)值(zhi)增(zeng)長44.7%,快于規模(mo)以(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)工業3.2個百分點。其中,汽(qi)車制造、電氣機械和(he)器材(cai)制造業分別增(zeng)長86.4%和(he)67.4%。從產(chan)品產(chan)量(liang)看,傳(chuan)感器增(zeng)長58.3%,智能(neng)電視(shi)增(zeng)長36.0%。

投資增速穩步回升

投(tou)資(zi)(zi)是經(jing)濟工作的(de)“第(di)一(yi)戰場”。1-2月份(fen),青島固(gu)定資(zi)(zi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)投(tou)資(zi)(zi)同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長23.2%,比2019年(nian)1-2月份(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長4.6%,兩年(nian)平均增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長2.3%。全市在(zai)建(jian)項(xiang)目(mu)3640個,同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)613個,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長20.3%。其(qi)中,產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業類項(xiang)目(mu)2380個,同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)554個;房(fang)地產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)開發項(xiang)目(mu)1260個,同(tong)比增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)59個。分產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業看(kan)(kan),第(di)一(yi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業投(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長12.5%;第(di)二產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業投(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長40.9%;第(di)三產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業投(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長19.9%。從重點攻(gong)勢(shi)(shi)看(kan)(kan),城市品質改善提升、“雙招雙引”、壯大民(min)營經(jing)濟等攻(gong)勢(shi)(shi)投(tou)資(zi)(zi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)(su)保持(chi)較高水平,分別增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長44.2%、33.5%、26.4%。從重點產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業鏈看(kan)(kan),高端裝備(bei)、醫養健康投(tou)資(zi)(zi)快速(su)(su)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長,增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速(su)(su)分別為(wei)55.7%、50.0%。

消費市場加快恢復

今年(nian)以(yi)來,我市統(tong)籌做好(hao)疫情(qing)防控(kong)和(he)經濟社會發展(zhan),在完善(shan)疫情(qing)防控(kong)的前提下,商貿流通(tong)企業貨源充足,促銷活動豐(feng)富多彩,尤其是春節期間(jian),居(ju)民消費(fei)意愿強(qiang)烈,消費(fei)市場展(zhan)現(xian)出(chu)蓬勃生機和(he)旺盛(sheng)活力。

1-2月份(fen)(fen),消(xiao)費市場加(jia)速回暖,全市限額(e)(e)以上批發(fa)業(ye)(ye)、零售(shou)業(ye)(ye)銷(xiao)售(shou)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)分(fen)別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)84.7%、33.5%,比(bi)2019年(nian)1-2月份(fen)(fen)分(fen)別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)81.0%、17.6%,兩年(nian)平均增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)34.5%、8.4%。多(duo)數(shu)商品銷(xiao)售(shou)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)勢良(liang)好(hao),節(jie)日消(xiao)費類商品銷(xiao)售(shou)快(kuai)速增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)。1-2月份(fen)(fen),14個商品類別(bie)零售(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)速超過20.0%。化妝品類、金(jin)銀珠寶類、煙酒類商品分(fen)別(bie)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)95.5%、77.3%、53.4%。1-2月份(fen)(fen),網(wang)上零售(shou)持續增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)加(jia),限額(e)(e)以上單(dan)位(wei)網(wang)上零售(shou)額(e)(e)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)27.0%。住宿業(ye)(ye)逐步好(hao)轉,限額(e)(e)以上住宿業(ye)(ye)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)62.5%,比(bi)2019年(nian)1-2月份(fen)(fen)下(xia)降4.8%,兩年(nian)平均下(xia)降2.4%。餐飲(yin)業(ye)(ye)穩步復蘇(su),限額(e)(e)以上餐飲(yin)業(ye)(ye)營(ying)(ying)業(ye)(ye)額(e)(e)同(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)69.3%,比(bi)2019年(nian)1-2月份(fen)(fen)增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)21.4%,兩年(nian)平均增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)(chang)10.2%。

外貿進出口增勢明顯

隨(sui)著國(guo)內外(wai)(wai)疫情(qing)逐(zhu)步穩定(ding),延續2020年下半年以來(lai)的逆勢(shi)上揚態勢(shi),青島外(wai)(wai)貿(mao)進出口(kou)增勢(shi)明顯。

1-2月(yue)份,青(qing)島(dao)外貿進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)總值(zhi)1144.1億(yi)(yi)元,同比增長39.3%,比2019年(nian)1-2月(yue)份增長28.4%,兩年(nian)平均增長13.3%。其中,出(chu)口(kou)677.8億(yi)(yi)元,增長57.5%;進(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)466.3億(yi)(yi)元,增長19.2%。一般貿易進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)顯(xian)著(zhu)增長。1-2月(yue)份,一般貿易進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)811.9億(yi)(yi)元,增長50.8%,占(zhan)全市(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)總值(zhi)的71.0%,占(zhan)比提(ti)升5.4個百(bai)分點。民(min)營(ying)企(qi)業進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)比重提(ti)升。1-2月(yue)份民(min)營(ying)企(qi)業進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)752.8億(yi)(yi)元,增長54.6%,占(zhan)全市(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)出(chu)口(kou)總值(zhi)的65.8%,占(zhan)比提(ti)升6.5個百(bai)分點。

就業物價保持穩定

1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),青島就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)形勢穩(wen)定,城(cheng)鎮新(xin)增(zeng)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)3.9萬人,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)99.1%。其中(zhong),服務業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)吸納(na)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)2.9萬人,增(zeng)長(chang)110.8%;民營經濟吸納(na)就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)3.1萬人,增(zeng)長(chang)86.8%,占就業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)總量(liang)(liang)的(de)78.0%。2月(yue)末,全(quan)市城(cheng)鎮登記失業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)率(lv)3.1%。物價(jia)(jia)保持平穩(wen)。1-2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),居民消費(fei)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)持平。分(fen)類別(bie)看,食品(pin)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)2.2%,服務價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)0.4%;非(fei)食品(pin)和消費(fei)品(pin)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)分(fen)別(bie)下降0.5%和0.2%。2月(yue)份(fen)(fen),居民消費(fei)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)0.3%,環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)0.5%。其中(zhong),受春節過后(hou)豬肉需求量(liang)(liang)下降導致(zhi)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)下降影響,2月(yue)份(fen)(fen)食品(pin)價(jia)(jia)格(ge)(ge)漲(zhang)幅收窄,同(tong)比(bi)(bi)(bi)、環(huan)比(bi)(bi)(bi)均上(shang)(shang)(shang)漲(zhang)2.6%。
