嵐山:足不出戶數據跑路 為群眾和企業提供就業服務

日照(zhao)市嵐山區人社局持續優化營(ying)商環境,深(shen)(shen)化“放管服(fu)”改革,借力數(shu)據共享,深(shen)(shen)化“互聯(lian)網(wang)+就業(ye)(ye)”,推進完(wan)善“一(yi)站式”、“自助式”、“下沉式”服(fu)務模式,為群眾和企業(ye)(ye)提供更加便捷(jie)的就業(ye)(ye)服(fu)務。

近年來,嵐山區人(ren)社(she)局優(you)化(hua)內部工作流程(cheng),相關服務(wu)事(shi)項打包(bao)辦(ban)(ban)理(li),做(zuo)到信(xin)息互通(tong)、資(zi)源共(gong)(gong)享。企業(ye)群眾申請辦(ban)(ban)理(li)“一件(jian)事(shi)”時(shi),實行一套材料、一站受(shou)理(li)、一次(ci)辦(ban)(ban)結,最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)(da)限度減少群眾辦(ban)(ban)事(shi)所需材料,最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)(da)程(cheng)度壓縮辦(ban)(ban)理(li)時(shi)限,最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)(da)可(ke)能網(wang)上辦(ban)(ban)理(li)和“不(bu)見面(mian)服務(wu)”,實現(xian)“一次(ci)辦(ban)(ban)好”。依托山東(dong)省(sheng)公(gong)共(gong)(gong)就業(ye)和人(ren)才網(wang)上服務(wu)大(da)(da)(da)廳、“嵐山就業(ye)”微信(xin)公(gong)眾號、“愛山東(dong)”app等(deng)渠道(dao),對就業(ye)登(deng)記、求職招聘信(xin)息發布、高(gao)校畢(bi)業(ye)生接收(shou)手續辦(ban)(ban)理(li)等(deng)20余個群眾高(gao)頻辦(ban)(ban)理(li)事(shi)項,開通(tong)網(wang)上辦(ban)(ban)理(li)渠道(dao)。2021年線上受(shou)理(li)并辦(ban)(ban)結事(shi)項達6000余件(jian)次(ci)。

結(jie)合平時日(ri)常的工(gong)作,通(tong)過關聯事(shi)(shi)(shi)項“打包辦(ban)(ban)(ban)”、高頻事(shi)(shi)(shi)項“提速辦(ban)(ban)(ban)”、所有事(shi)(shi)(shi)項“簡(jian)便辦(ban)(ban)(ban)”,實現企(qi)業(ye)群眾(zhong)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)事(shi)(shi)(shi)“跑(pao)腿”更少、材料更簡(jian)、時限更短、體驗更好,不(bu)斷(duan)提升企(qi)業(ye)群眾(zhong)的獲得感和(he)滿意(yi)度。通(tong)過“網上辦(ban)(ban)(ban)”“掌上辦(ban)(ban)(ban)”等措施(shi),實現了就業(ye)政(zheng)策(ce)咨(zi)詢(xun)、就業(ye)意(yi)愿發(fa)布、企(qi)業(ye)用工(gong)崗位查(cha)詢(xun)、失業(ye)登(deng)記(ji)等業(ye)務一(yi)窗受理、同步登(deng)記(ji)。今年以來,已經提供各(ge)類信息查(cha)詢(xun)服務8000余(yu)人次,回復就業(ye)政(zheng)策(ce)咨(zi)詢(xun)1500余(yu)人次,真(zhen)正實現了“足不(bu)出戶、數據(ju)跑(pao)路(lu)”的自助式(shi)服務。
