按照《山(shan)東省(sheng)事業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)公(gong)開(kai)招聘人員實施辦法(fa)》(魯人發〔2006〕23號)和《煙臺市事業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)公(gong)開(kai)招聘人員實施細則(ze)(試行)》(煙人〔2007〕58號)規定,2014年煙臺市福山(shan)區(qu)事業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)擬面向社(she)會(hui)公(gong)開(kai)招聘工(gong)作(zuo)人員2名(ming)。現公(gong)告(gao)如(ru)下:

一、招聘對象和條件

(一(yi))具有中華人民共(gong)和國國籍,享(xiang)有公(gong)民的政(zheng)治權利。

(二)遵紀守法,勤奮敬業,具有(you)良好的(de)品行和職業道德。

(三)身體健康,具有正常履行職責的(de)身體條(tiao)件。

(四(si))2014年全日(ri)制(zhi)普通(tong)高等學校應屆畢業(ye)生(sheng)不受年齡(ling)限制(zhi),其他報考人員(yuan)報考須1984年1月1日(ri)及以后(hou)出生(sheng)。

(五)海(hai)外留學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)人員獲得國務院學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)委員會和教(jiao)育部授權(quan)教(jiao)育部留學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)服務中心出(chu)具(ju)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)認(ren)證后,可(ke)報考招(zhao)聘同等學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)層次(ci)的(de)崗(gang)位(wei)。

(六(liu))符合(he)國(guo)家法律、法規(gui)、政策規(gui)定和招(zhao)聘崗位要求(qiu)的其(qi)他所有資格條(tiao)件。

報考人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)學(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)證書(shu)所(suo)載專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)須與招(zhao)聘(pin)崗位(wei)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)要求(qiu)相(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)(yi)致,每人(ren)(ren)限報一(yi)(yi)個崗位(wei)。除2014年國家統(tong)招(zhao)全日制普通大(da)中(zhong)專(zhuan)院校畢業(ye)(ye)生學(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)證書(shu)及相(xiang)(xiang)應學(xue)(xue)位(wei)證書(shu)應于2014年7月底前(qian)取得(de)外,招(zhao)聘(pin)崗位(wei)要求(qiu)的所(suo)有資格(ge)資質證書(shu)(含海外留學(xue)(xue)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的學(xue)(xue)歷(li)(li)、學(xue)(xue)位(wei)認證書(shu)),應聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)均須于本次招(zhao)聘(pin)報名截止日之(zhi)前(qian)取得(de)。

公(gong)開招(zhao)聘人(ren)(ren)(ren)員的回(hui)避(bi)問題,參照中(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)央組織部、人(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源和(he)(he)社(she)會保障部《關于印(yin)發<公(gong)務員回(hui)避(bi)規(gui)定(試行(xing))>的通(tong)(tong)知》(中(zhong)組發〔2011〕31號)任職回(hui)避(bi)的有關規(gui)定,報(bao)考(kao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員不得(de)(de)報(bao)考(kao)與本(ben)人(ren)(ren)(ren)有應(ying)回(hui)避(bi)親屬關系的單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)或崗位(wei)(wei)。在讀(du)全日(ri)制普通(tong)(tong)高等(deng)院校非應(ying)屆畢業(ye)生、現役軍人(ren)(ren)(ren)、曾(ceng)受過刑事處罰或被開除公(gong)職的人(ren)(ren)(ren)員、2010年(nian)以來在各級公(gong)務員考(kao)錄和(he)(he)事業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)公(gong)開招(zhao)聘中(zhong)被認定有作弊行(xing)為的人(ren)(ren)(ren)員以及法律(lv)、法規(gui)規(gui)定不得(de)(de)應(ying)聘的其他(ta)情形人(ren)(ren)(ren)員,不得(de)(de)參加(jia)報(bao)考(kao)。在讀(du)全日(ri)制普通(tong)(tong)高等(deng)院校非應(ying)屆畢業(ye)生不得(de)(de)以已取得(de)(de)的學(xue)(xue)歷學(xue)(xue)位(wei)(wei)作為報(bao)考(kao)條(tiao)件參加(jia)招(zhao)考(kao)。

二、報名

報(bao)名采取(qu)統一時(shi)間、現(xian)(xian)場(chang)報(bao)名、現(xian)(xian)場(chang)資格初(chu)(chu)審、現(xian)(xian)場(chang)繳(jiao)費(fei)的方式(shi)進行(xing)。按(an)照魯價費(fei)函〔2008〕13號文件(jian)的規定,通過資格初(chu)(chu)審的報(bao)名人(ren)員當場(chang)繳(jiao)費(fei),筆試考務費(fei)收取(qu)標準為每(mei)人(ren)每(mei)科40元。

(一)報(bao)名時間與地(di)點

1、報名(ming)時間(jian):2014年6月(yue)14日(ri)—6月(yue)16日(ri)上(shang)午:8:30—11:30;下午:2:00—5:00。

2、報名地(di)點(dian):煙(yan)臺市福(fu)山(shan)區人力資源市場(chang)(福(fu)山(shan)區福(fu)海(hai)路152號,原勞動局大(da)樓一樓大(da)廳內)。

(二)具體要求

應(ying)聘(pin)人員報名(ming)時,須提交填寫完整的《煙臺市福山(shan)區公開招(zhao)聘(pin)工(gong)作人員報名(ming)登記表(biao)》和親筆簽名(ming)的《應(ying)聘(pin)事(shi)業單(dan)位(wei)工(gong)作人員誠信承諾書》、近期一寸(cun)同(tong)底版正面免冠彩(cai)色照片3張(zhang)以及(ji)(ji)學歷證(zheng)(zheng)書、學位(wei)證(zheng)(zheng)書、身(shen)份證(zheng)(zheng)(或(huo)戶口所在地(di)派出所出具的帶有出生日期的戶籍證(zheng)(zheng)明(ming))等證(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)材(cai)料(liao)的原件及(ji)(ji)復印件。

同時(shi)提交下列證明材料(liao)(原件及(ji)復(fu)印件):

1、擇業(ye)(ye)期內未派遣的(de)(de)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)須提交畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)就業(ye)(ye)主管機關簽發(fa)的(de)(de)報(bao)到證,已(yi)經(jing)簽訂(ding)就業(ye)(ye)協議書的(de)(de)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)還(huan)須用人(ren)單位出具同意報(bao)考證明。

2、有工作單(dan)位(wei)的(de)(de)報考人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)須提交與用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)簽(qian)訂的(de)(de)勞動合(he)同(tong)(聘用(yong)合(he)同(tong))、具(ju)(ju)有人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)管理(li)(li)權限(xian)部門或單(dan)位(wei)出具(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)同(tong)意報考證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)(實行集體人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)代(dai)理(li)(li)的(de)(de),除用(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)出具(ju)(ju)同(tong)意報考證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)外(wai),還(huan)須人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)代(dai)理(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)出具(ju)(ju)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)代(dai)理(li)(li)證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)。實行個人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)代(dai)理(li)(li)的(de)(de),由(you)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)代(dai)理(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)出具(ju)(ju)個人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)代(dai)理(li)(li)證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin))等。中小學教師報考,須經(jing)縣以上(shang)教育行政(zheng)主(zhu)管部門同(tong)意。

3、符合條(tiao)件的海外留(liu)學(xue)歸國人員須提交國務(wu)院學(xue)位(wei)(wei)委(wei)員會和(he)教育部授(shou)權教育部留(liu)學(xue)服(fu)務(wu)中心出具(ju)的學(xue)位(wei)(wei)、學(xue)歷認(ren)證手續。

4、農村(cun)特(te)(te)困(kun)(kun)大學生和城市(shi)低(di)(di)保(bao)(bao)人員(yuan),免收考務(wu)費。報(bao)名時須(xu)提(ti)(ti)交以下(xia)證(zheng)明材(cai)料:省(sheng)人力資(zi)源社會保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)廳、省(sheng)教育(yu)廳核發(fa)的(de)《山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)特(te)(te)困(kun)(kun)家庭(ting)(ting)畢業生就業服(fu)務(wu)卡》原件及復印(yin)件。沒有《山(shan)東(dong)省(sheng)特(te)(te)困(kun)(kun)家庭(ting)(ting)畢業生就業服(fu)務(wu)卡》的(de),城市(shi)低(di)(di)保(bao)(bao)人員(yuan)可提(ti)(ti)交家庭(ting)(ting)所在(zai)地(di)的(de)縣(市(shi)、區)民(min)政部(bu)門(men)出具(ju)的(de)享受最低(di)(di)生活保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)的(de)證(zheng)明和低(di)(di)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)原件及復印(yin)件,農村(cun)特(te)(te)困(kun)(kun)大學生可提(ti)(ti)交家庭(ting)(ting)所在(zai)地(di)的(de)縣(市(shi)、區)民(min)政部(bu)門(men)出具(ju)的(de)特(te)(te)困(kun)(kun)證(zheng)明和特(te)(te)困(kun)(kun)家庭(ting)(ting)基(ji)本情況檔案卡原件及復印(yin)件。

未在規定報名時間內(nei)提交有(you)關材料的,視為(wei)棄權。經審查不具備報考(kao)條件的,取消其(qi)考(kao)試資(zi)格(ge)。

(三)其它事項

報名(ming)結束(shu)后,最終報名(ming)人數達不到計劃聘用人數3倍的崗位,按1:3的比例相應(ying)核(he)減(jian)招聘計劃。招聘崗位取(qu)消核(he)減(jian)情況以及(ji)筆(bi)試時間、地(di)點等有關(guan)事項(xiang),在網(wang)上公(gong)布。

三、資格審查

對報考人員的資格(ge)審查工作(zuo),貫穿招考工作(zuo)的全過程。對弄虛作(zuo)假者,一經發現,無論招考工作(zuo)進行到何階段,取消其考試(shi)、聘用資格(ge)。

四、考試

招(zhao)聘考試(shi)實行筆試(shi)和面試(shi)相結合的辦法。

(一)筆試

1、筆試科目。筆試科目為公共(gong)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)綜(zong)合(he)(he)寫作兩(liang)科。按公共(gong)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)綜(zong)合(he)(he)寫作5:5的比例百分制計算(suan)筆試總成績,筆試總成績計算(suan)到(dao)小數點后(hou)兩(liang)位數,尾數四舍五入(ru)。公共(gong)基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)主要包括政治經濟理論、思想(xiang)品德、法律常(chang)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)、時政方(fang)針等知(zhi)識(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。綜(zong)合(he)(he)寫作主要考察考生基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)寫作水平(ping)。

2、進(jin)入(ru)面(mian)試人(ren)(ren)員的(de)(de)確定。筆(bi)(bi)試結束后(hou),根據筆(bi)(bi)試結果確定筆(bi)(bi)試合格線。在筆(bi)(bi)試成績(ji)(ji)合格線內(nei),由高分(fen)到(dao)低分(fen)按1:3的(de)(de)比(bi)例確定進(jin)入(ru)面(mian)試范圍人(ren)(ren)員。筆(bi)(bi)試合格人(ren)(ren)數出現(xian)空缺的(de)(de)崗位,取消聘用計(ji)劃。達不(bu)到(dao)規定比(bi)例的(de)(de),按實有(you)合格人(ren)(ren)數確定進(jin)入(ru)面(mian)試范圍。筆(bi)(bi)試成績(ji)(ji)、進(jin)入(ru)面(mian)試人(ren)(ren)員名單及面(mian)試時(shi)間、地點等(deng)有(you)關事項,將在網(wang)上公布。

(二)面試

面試(shi)由(you)福山區人(ren)(ren)力資源(yuan)和(he)社會保障局會同相關單位組(zu)織。進入(ru)面試(shi)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)按照(zhao)魯價(jia)費函〔2008〕13號文件的規(gui)定繳納面試(shi)考(kao)務費70元(yuan)。享受(shou)減免筆試(shi)考(kao)務費的人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),經本人(ren)(ren)申(shen)請,可免繳面試(shi)考(kao)務費。

面試(shi)采取結構化(hua)面試(shi)的(de)(de)方式(shi)進行,主要考察報考人員的(de)(de)綜(zong)合素(su)質和專(zhuan)業工作技(ji)能(neng)。面試(shi)實行百分制(zhi),成(cheng)績保(bao)留到小(xiao)數點(dian)后兩位數,尾(wei)數四(si)舍五(wu)入,本場面試(shi)結束后公(gong)布。為(wei)保(bao)證人員素(su)質,面試(shi)成(cheng)績不足60分的(de)(de)不予聘用(yong)。面試(shi)的(de)(de)其他具體事宜,另行通知。

面(mian)試(shi)結束后,按(an)筆試(shi)、面(mian)試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)5:5的比例(li)計算考(kao)試(shi)總(zong)成(cheng)績(ji)。根據考(kao)試(shi)總(zong)成(cheng)績(ji),由高分到低分按(an)照(zhao)1:1比例(li)確(que)定(ding)進(jin)入體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)、考(kao)核(he)范圍人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)。如(ru)同(tong)一崗(gang)位中出(chu)現(xian)應考(kao)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)考(kao)試(shi)總(zong)成(cheng)績(ji)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)且影(ying)響聘用(yong)的,以筆試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)排(pai)序。筆試(shi)成(cheng)績(ji)仍(reng)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)的,依(yi)次按(an)博士、碩士、省級優秀畢業(ye)生、普(pu)通院(yuan)校本科畢業(ye)生、普(pu)通院(yuan)校專科畢業(ye)生的順序排(pai)序。仍(reng)不能(neng)確(que)定(ding)的,則組織專家重新命題對總(zong)成(cheng)績(ji)相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)的人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)行面(mian)試(shi),并以重新面(mian)試(shi)后的總(zong)成(cheng)績(ji)排(pai)序確(que)定(ding)進(jin)入體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)核(he)范圍人(ren)(ren)選。進(jin)入體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)核(he)范圍人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)名單在網(wang)上(shang)公(gong)布。

五、體檢與考核

體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)辦法和標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)參(can)照人事部(bu)、衛(wei)生部(bu)《關(guan)(guan)于印發(fa)<公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員(yuan)錄用(yong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通(tong)用(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試行(xing))>的(de)(de)通(tong)知(zhi)》(國人部(bu)發(fa)[2005]1號(hao)),人力(li)資(zi)(zi)源社(she)會(hui)(hui)保障(zhang)部(bu)、衛(wei)生部(bu)《關(guan)(guan)于修訂(ding)<公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員(yuan)錄用(yong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)通(tong)用(yong)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試行(xing))>及<公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員(yuan)錄用(yong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)操作手冊(試行(xing))>的(de)(de)通(tong)知(zhi)》(人社(she)部(bu)發(fa)[2010]19號(hao)),人力(li)資(zi)(zi)源社(she)會(hui)(hui)保障(zhang)部(bu)、衛(wei)生部(bu)、國家(jia)公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員(yuan)局《關(guan)(guan)于印發(fa)公(gong)務(wu)(wu)員(yuan)錄用(yong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)特殊標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(試行(xing))的(de)(de)通(tong)知(zhi)》(人社(she)部(bu)發(fa)[2010]82號(hao))等規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)執(zhi)行(xing),國家(jia)另有規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de),從(cong)其規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)。體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)由區人力(li)資(zi)(zi)源和社(she)會(hui)(hui)保障(zhang)局會(hui)(hui)同(tong)(tong)相關(guan)(guan)部(bu)門組(zu)織到(dao)指定(ding)(ding)醫院進(jin)行(xing)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)由報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)負(fu)擔(享受減免(mian)考(kao)試費(fei)(fei)用(yong)的(de)(de)人員(yuan)由招(zhao)聘(pin)單(dan)位負(fu)擔)。所有體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)項目檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查完畢后,主(zhu)(zhu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫師認為(wei)要做(zuo)進(jin)一(yi)步檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查方能做(zuo)出(chu)判(pan)斷的(de)(de),報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)要服從(cong)主(zhu)(zhu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫師的(de)(de)安排(pai),做(zuo)進(jin)一(yi)步檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)查。報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)或(huo)用(yong)人單(dan)位對體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果(guo)提出(chu)異議(yi)的(de)(de),均可在收到(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結論7日內,向招(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)提出(chu)書(shu)面申請,由招(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)組(zu)織到(dao)不低于原體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫院級別(bie)的(de)(de)醫療機(ji)(ji)構進(jin)行(xing)復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)項目由招(zhao)聘(pin)主(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)會(hui)(hui)同(tong)(tong)復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫療機(ji)(ji)構確定(ding)(ding),體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果(guo)以復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結論為(wei)準(zhun)(zhun),有關(guan)(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)費(fei)(fei)用(yong)由申請復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)一(yi)方負(fu)擔。復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)只能進(jin)行(xing)一(yi)次。報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)沒有征得(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)組(zu)織機(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)同(tong)(tong)意,不在規(gui)(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)時間參(can)加體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)或(huo)復(fu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),視為(wei)棄權。報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)不服從(cong)主(zhu)(zhu)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)醫師體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)安排(pai)或(huo)在體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)過程中弄虛作假、隱瞞真實情況(kuang),致使(shi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結果(guo)失(shi)真的(de)(de),取消聘(pin)用(yong)資(zi)(zi)格。

成立考(kao)(kao)核(he)工作(zuo)小組,每組由2名以(yi)上工作(zuo)人員組成,具體(ti)負責考(kao)(kao)核(he)工作(zuo)。考(kao)(kao)核(he)按照德(de)才兼備的標準,根據招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)崗位的要求,全(quan)面(mian)了解被考(kao)(kao)核(he)對(dui)象的政治思想、道德(de)品質、能(neng)力素(su)質、學習和工作(zuo)表現(xian)、遵(zun)紀守法(fa)、廉潔自律(lv)以(yi)及是(shi)否需(xu)要回避(bi)等(deng)方面(mian)的情況(kuang),并對(dui)考(kao)(kao)核(he)對(dui)象進行(xing)資格復審。如經考(kao)(kao)核(he)不合格或發(fa)現(xian)在應聘(pin)(pin)過(guo)程中有(you)弄(nong)虛作(zuo)假等(deng)違反《招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)簡章》規定(ding)(ding)的行(xing)為,不予(yu)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)或取消聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)。考(kao)(kao)核(he)小組要實事求是(shi)、客觀公正地評價被考(kao)(kao)核(he)對(dui)象,并寫出書面(mian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)意見。國家對(dui)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)崗位考(kao)(kao)核(he)標準另有(you)規定(ding)(ding)的,從其規定(ding)(ding)。

六、聘用

經體(ti)檢、考核合(he)格的人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),經審查人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事檔(dang)案(an)或(huo)有(you)關材料后(hou)(hou),符合(he)本(ben)《招聘(pin)(pin)(pin)簡(jian)章(zhang)》規定(ding)(ding)的,在網上(shang)公示,公示期(qi)(qi)7個(ge)工作日(ri)。公示期(qi)(qi)滿無(wu)異議的,根據擬聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)情況和用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位行業特點、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)結(jie)構等情況,由組織、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)社部(bu)門統一(yi)研(yan)究(jiu)確定(ding)(ding)分(fen)配去向,擬聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)必須(xu)服從組織分(fen)配,否則,取消聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)資格。分(fen)配去向確定(ding)(ding)后(hou)(hou),按相關規定(ding)(ding)辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)手續,用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位按規定(ding)(ding)與受(shou)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)簽訂聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)合(he)同。受(shou)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)按規定(ding)(ding)實行試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)制度,試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不合(he)格的解(jie)除聘(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)合(he)同,進(jin)入(ru)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才市場自主擇業。

對(dui)體檢(jian)考核不合格、棄權、不能在規(gui)定的(de)(de)時間報到或其他原因造成的(de)(de)崗位(wei)空(kong)缺,不再(zai)遞補其他人(ren)員。

七、其他

應(ying)聘人員(yuan)在報(bao)考(kao)期(qi)間要及時了解招(zhao)聘網站發布的最新信息(xi),因本人原因錯過重要信息(xi)而(er)影響考(kao)試聘用(yong)的,責任自負(fu)。
