磐升生物致(zhi)力于(yu)建立國際領先的(de)體(ti)(ti)外替(ti)代(dai)檢(jian)測(ce)平臺(tai),已建立基(ji)于(yu)各類細(xi)(xi)胞(bao)(bao)和(he)(he)3D重組皮(pi)(pi)膚模型(xing)(xing)的(de)體(ti)(ti)外安全(quan)(quan)性與(yu)功效性檢(jian)測(ce)平臺(tai),該試劑(ji)盒(he)能夠比動(dong)物檢(jian)測(ce)方法(fa)(fa)更精確(que)地預(yu)測(ce)化妝品(pin)(pin)及(ji)藥品(pin)(pin)產品(pin)(pin)對皮(pi)(pi)膚的(de)作用,該產品(pin)(pin)正(zheng)在(zai)與(yu)國家食藥總局(ju)和(he)(he)山(shan)東省食品(pin)(pin)藥品(pin)(pin)監督管理局(ju)制定了國家醫療器(qi)械檢(jian)測(ce)替(ti)代(dai)方法(fa)(fa)國家標(biao)準。另外開發了化妝品(pin)(pin)檢(jian)測(ce)試劑(ji)盒(he),將分離(li)(li)的(de)東亞人(ren)種的(de)人(ren)表皮(pi)(pi)細(xi)(xi)胞(bao)(bao)接種在(zai)特定的(de)生物材料(liao)上(shang)(shang)進行培(pei)養,形成具(ju)有三維結構的(de)人(ren)表皮(pi)(pi)樣皮(pi)(pi)膚模型(xing)(xing)。體(ti)(ti)外替(ti)代(dai)檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)基(ji)本原理是利用離(li)(li)體(ti)(ti)細(xi)(xi)胞(bao)(bao)或組織模型(xing)(xing),模擬(ni)正(zheng)常的(de)人(ren)體(ti)(ti)生理功能與(yu)暴露(lu)條件,檢(jian)測(ce)受(shou)試物質對分子、細(xi)(xi)胞(bao)(bao)以及(ji)組織等不同水平的(de)生物靶(ba)標(biao)的(de)影響,以此(ci)達到判定受(shou)試物質安全(quan)(quan)性與(yu)功效性的(de)目的(de)。基(ji)于(yu)上(shang)(shang)述原理及(ji)離(li)(li)體(ti)(ti)模型(xing)(xing)的(de)優勢,體(ti)(ti)外測(ce)試可(ke)以得到某些在(zai)動(dong)物實驗上(shang)(shang)無法(fa)(fa)檢(jian)測(ce)的(de)指標(biao)變化。
