勞(lao)動(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)發生后,當事(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)可以(yi)向(xiang)本(ben)單位勞(lao)動(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)調(diao)(diao)解委員(yuan)會(hui)申請(qing)調(diao)(diao)解;調(diao)(diao)解不成,當事(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)一方要求仲(zhong)(zhong)裁的,可以(yi)向(xiang)勞(lao)動(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)仲(zhong)(zhong)裁委員(yuan)會(hui)申請(qing)仲(zhong)(zhong)裁。當事(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)一方也可以(yi)直接(jie)向(xiang)勞(lao)動(dong)爭(zheng)議(yi)仲(zhong)(zhong)裁委員(yuan)會(hui)申請(qing)仲(zhong)(zhong)裁。對仲(zhong)(zhong)裁裁決不服的,可以(yi)向(xiang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)民法院提起訴訟(song)。
