如(ru)果實在無(wu)法安排(pai)年休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia),根據《職工(gong)(gong)帶(dai)薪年休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)條例(li)》的規定:“單位(wei)確因工(gong)(gong)作需要不(bu)能安排(pai)職工(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)的,經職工(gong)(gong)本人同意,可以不(bu)安排(pai)職工(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)年休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)。對職工(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)未休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)的年休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)天數,單位(wei)應當(dang)按照(zhao)該職工(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)收入的300%支付年休(xiu)(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬(chou)。”
