答(da) 勞(lao)動(dong)者患病或者非因(yin)工(gong)(gong)負傷,經(jing)勞(lao)動(dong)鑒定(ding)委員會確認不能(neng)(neng)從事原工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、也不能(neng)(neng)從事用人單(dan)位另行安(an)排的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)而(er)解除勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同的,用人單(dan)位應按其在(zai)本單(dan)位的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)年(nian) 限,每滿一年(nian)發給(gei)相當于(yu)一個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)資的經(jing)濟補(bu)(bu)償金,同時還(huan)應發給(gei)不低(di)(di)于(yu)六個(ge)月(yue)工(gong)(gong)資的醫(yi)療補(bu)(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)費(fei)。患重(zhong)病和絕癥的還(huan)應增(zeng)加醫(yi)療補(bu)(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)費(fei),患重(zhong)病的增(zeng)加部分(fen)不低(di)(di)于(yu) 醫(yi)療補(bu)(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)費(fei)的百(bai)分(fen)之五(wu)十,患重(zhong)病和絕癥的增(zeng)加部分(fen)不低(di)(di)于(yu)醫(yi)療補(bu)(bu)助(zhu)(zhu)費(fei)的百(bai)分(fen)之百(bai)。
