事假請得多要被扣雙倍工資?

最近我才換了加新單位(wei),新單位(wei)規(gui)定事假請(qing)得多(duo)要被扣雙倍工資,這(zhe)樣合理么(me)?

《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同法》第四(si)條第二至四(si)款規定(ding):“用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)在制定(ding)、修(xiu)改或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)決定(ding)有關勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬、工(gong)作時間、休息休假、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)安全(quan)衛生、保(bao)險福利、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)培訓、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)紀(ji)律以(yi)及勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)定(ding)額管理等(deng)直接涉(she)及勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)切身(shen)利益的(de)規章(zhang)制度(du)或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)重大事(shi)項時,應(ying)當經職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)代表大會(hui)(hui)或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)全(quan)體職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)討論,提(ti)出(chu)方案(an)和意見,與工(gong)會(hui)(hui)或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)代表平等(deng)協商確定(ding)。在規章(zhang)制度(du)和重大事(shi)項決定(ding)實(shi)施過(guo)程中,工(gong)會(hui)(hui)或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)認為不適當的(de),有權(quan)向(xiang)用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)提(ti)出(chu),通過(guo)協商予(yu)以(yi)修(xiu)改完善。用(yong)(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)應(ying)當將直接涉(she)及勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)切身(shen)利益的(de)規章(zhang)制度(du)和重大事(shi)項決定(ding)公(gong)示,或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)告知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)。”
