不定時工作制如何發放工資?

答 對于實(shi)(shi)行(xing)不定(ding)時工作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)的(de)勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe),企業應當根據標準(zhun)(zhun)工時制(zhi)度合理確(que)定(ding)勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)勞動(dong)定(ding)額或其他考核標準(zhun)(zhun),以便安排勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)休(xiu)息。其工資由企業按照本單位工資制(zhi)度和工資分(fen)配辦法,根據勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)的(de)實(shi)(shi)際工作(zuo)(zuo)時間和完(wan)成定(ding)額情況(kuang)計發(fa)。’ 另外(wai)實(shi)(shi)行(xing)不定(ding)時工作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)的(de)員(yuan)工不需再計加班工資。
