需(xu)從(cong)病假醫療(liao)期(qi)限、員工(gong)(gong)停工(gong)(gong)醫療(liao)期(qi)計算兩方(fang)面(mian)入手,同(tong)時如果國家有其他法(fa)律(lv)法(fa)規(gui),規(gui)定不(bu)享(xiang)(xiang)受(shou)(shou)病假的福利待遇(yu)的員工(gong)(gong)不(bu)能(neng)享(xiang)(xiang)受(shou)(shou)以上待遇(yu)。另(ling)外(wai)按照規(gui)定給予期(qi)滿后,員工(gong)(gong)不(bu)能(neng)從(cong)事原工(gong)(gong)作,也不(bu)能(neng)從(cong)事由公司另(ling)行(xing)安(an)排工(gong)(gong)作的,員工(gong)(gong)當(dang)事人應退出勞動崗位,公司可(ke)解除《勞動合同(tong)》,并終止勞動關系。
