需從病假醫(yi)療(liao)期(qi)(qi)(qi)限(xian)、員工(gong)停工(gong)醫(yi)療(liao)期(qi)(qi)(qi)計算兩方面入(ru)手,同(tong)時如果國家有其他(ta)法(fa)律法(fa)規,規定(ding)不享(xiang)受(shou)病假的(de)(de)福利待遇的(de)(de)員工(gong)不能(neng)享(xiang)受(shou)以上待遇。另外按照規定(ding)給予(yu)期(qi)(qi)(qi)滿(man)后,員工(gong)不能(neng)從事原工(gong)作,也不能(neng)從事由(you)公(gong)司另行安排工(gong)作的(de)(de),員工(gong)當事人應退出勞動崗位(wei),公(gong)司可解除《勞動合同(tong)》,并終(zhong)止勞動關系。
