答 二是非(fei)全(quan)(quan)日制(zhi)(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)制(zhi)(zhi)度沒有(you)經濟(ji)補(bu)償(chang)。《勞(lao)動(dong)合同法(fa)》用了一(yi)節的篇幅對非(fei)全(quan)(quan)日制(zhi)(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進行了規定(ding),從中(zhong)足以看(kan)出立(li)法(fa)者(zhe)(zhe)對非(fei)全(quan)(quan)日制(zhi)(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的重視程度。值得注意的是,《勞(lao)動(dong)合同法(fa)》規定(ding):“非(fei)全(quan)(quan)日制(zhi)(zhi)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)雙方(fang)當事(shi)人任何一(yi)方(fang)都可以隨時(shi)通知對方(fang)終(zhong)止用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。終(zhong)止用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),用人單位不(bu)向勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)支付經濟(ji)補(bu)償(chang)。”
