答 根據《勞動(dong)合(he)同法(fa)(fa)》第(di)六(liu)十(shi)八(ba)條(tiao)的規(gui)定(ding),非全日制(zhi)用(yong)工(gong)(gong),是指(zhi)以小時(shi)(shi)計(ji)酬為(wei)主(zhu)、勞動(dong)者在(zai)(zai)同一用(yong)人單位(wei)一般平均(jun)每日工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間不超(chao)過四小時(shi)(shi),每周工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間累計(ji)不超(chao)過二十(shi)四小時(shi)(shi)的用(yong)工(gong)(gong)形式(shi)。非全日制(zhi)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)者同樣受最(zui)低(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)保障,《勞動(dong)合(he)同法(fa)(fa)》規(gui)定(ding):非全日制(zhi)用(yong)工(gong)(gong)小時(shi)(shi)計(ji)酬標準不得低(di)于用(yong)人單位(wei)所在(zai)(zai)地人民政府規(gui)定(ding)的最(zui)低(di)小時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準。
