非全日制用工適用最低工資嗎?

我們公司的用工(gong)制度是非全日制用工(gong),想咨詢一下(xia),非全日制用工(gong)適用最低(di)工(gong)資嗎?

根據《勞動(dong)合同法(fa)》第六十(shi)八條的規定,非全日制(zhi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工,是指(zhi)以(yi)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)計(ji)酬(chou)為主、勞動(dong)者(zhe)在同一(yi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位一(yi)般平均每日工作時(shi)(shi)間不超過四小(xiao)時(shi)(shi),每周工作時(shi)(shi)間累計(ji)不超過二(er)十(shi)四小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)的用(yong)(yong)(yong)工形(xing)式。非全日制(zhi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工勞動(dong)者(zhe)同樣受最(zui)低(di)工資保障(zhang),《勞動(dong)合同法(fa)》規定:非全日制(zhi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)計(ji)酬(chou)標(biao)(biao)準不得低(di)于用(yong)(yong)(yong)人單位所在地(di)人民政府(fu)規定的最(zui)低(di)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工資標(biao)(biao)準。
