員工患病期間工資如何支付呢?

答(da) 根據《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)法》及《關于(yu)貫(guan)徹(che)執行中(zhong)華人(ren)民(min)共和國勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)法若(ruo)干問(wen)題的(de)(de)意見》,職工(gong)(gong)患病(bing)或非因工(gong)(gong)負傷治療期(qi)間(jian),在(zai)規定(ding)的(de)(de)醫療期(qi)內由(you)企(qi)業(ye)按有關規定(ding)支(zhi)付(fu)其病(bing)假工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)或疾病(bing)救(jiu)濟(ji)費(fei),病(bing)假工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)或疾病(bing)救(jiu)濟(ji)費(fei)可(ke)以低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)當(dang)地最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準支(zhi)付(fu),但不能(neng)低(di)(di)(di)于(yu)最(zui)低(di)(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)標準的(de)(de)80%。
