員工患病期間工資如何支付呢?

根據(ju)《勞動法(fa)》及《關于貫徹(che)執行(xing)中華(hua)人民共和國勞動法(fa)若干問題(ti)的意見》,職工患(huan)病(bing)或(huo)(huo)非因工負(fu)傷治療(liao)期(qi)間(jian),在(zai)規(gui)定(ding)的醫療(liao)期(qi)內由企業(ye)按有關規(gui)定(ding)支付(fu)其病(bing)假工資(zi)或(huo)(huo)疾病(bing)救濟(ji)費,病(bing)假工資(zi)或(huo)(huo)疾病(bing)救濟(ji)費可以低(di)(di)于當地最低(di)(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準支付(fu),但不能低(di)(di)于最低(di)(di)工資(zi)標(biao)準的80%。
