根據法律規定(ding)(ding),標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)、綜合(he)計算工(gong)(gong)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)以及(ji)不(bu)(bu)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)作制(zhi)的(de)加班工(gong)(gong)資支(zhi)付條(tiao)件(jian)各不(bu)(bu)相同,但除標準工(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)度外,其余兩種(zhong)特殊工(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)度均須(xu)經勞(lao)動保(bao)障行政部門審批(pi)(pi)后方可(ke)執(zhi)行,未(wei)(wei)經審批(pi)(pi)的(de)不(bu)(bu)對勞(lao)動者(zhe)發生(sheng)效力。所(suo)以,如(ru)果公司(si)的(de)工(gong)(gong)時(shi)制(zhi)度未(wei)(wei)經勞(lao)動保(bao)障部門批(pi)(pi)準是沒(mei)有效力的(de)。
