企業應如何支付加班工資?
問 我是(shi)單位(wei)員工,單位(wei)平時安排加班(ban)或者節假日加班(ban),都是(shi)給員工安排補休,不(bu)支付(fu)加班(ban)工資,請問政策上(shang)是(shi)如何規(gui)定(ding)的(de)?
答(da) 首(shou)先(xian)安(an)(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)日(ri)(ri)(ri)法(fa)定標準工作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)以外(wai)延長工作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)的(de),按照(zhao)不低于勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本人小(xiao)時(shi)工資(zi)的(de)150%支(zhi)(zhi)付;其次安(an)(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)休息(xi)日(ri)(ri)(ri)工作(zuo)(zuo),而又不能安(an)(an)排(pai)補休的(de),按照(zhao)不低于勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本人日(ri)(ri)(ri)或(huo)小(xiao)時(shi)工資(zi)的(de)200%支(zhi)(zhi)付;最后安(an)(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)法(fa)定休假節日(ri)(ri)(ri)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de),按照(zhao)不低于勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本人日(ri)(ri)(ri)或(huo)小(xiao)時(shi)工資(zi)的(de)300%支(zhi)(zhi)付。
